Hi,

I received a note stating I won Dirty Little Angels from you but haven't heard anything more. I was wondering the status of this...

Thank you,
Kendra
Hi,

I'm sorry for my late reply on your request, but I just entered the page to go down my books, looking at nothing more, because I was busy. Anyway I am Spanish and I need much time to read a book in English. But I will read the chapters that provide on your page, and give you my opinion. Thanks for your offer.
maripax
I got the link for the e-book. Thanks Chris. I will be reading this over the holiday and will of course post my review!! Thanks so much looking forward to it. P.S. My mom reads the same books I do, would you mind if she read it too?

Thanks again, Jenn
Hello Chris,
I realize it is now December, but I am willing to read it and give feedback. I apologize. I was in school at the time.
Kate
I am interested in your work and would enjoy reading and commenting on it. Please send it.
Thanks,
David
Hi Chris,
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I'd love to read your novel if you're still interested. Send me the link...or if you have a hard copy, that would be great. I look forward to reading it either way.
Thanks,
Lindsay
Hey Chris,
I voted for you on that Author Exposure site. I hope it brings your book and you better exposure!
Cheers from Australia

Got a note saying I won a copy of your Dirty Little Angels!! Way cool!! Is this an e-book or a real book? Doesn't matter, but if it's an e-book, can you point me in the direction to where I get to read it? If I am jumping the gun and you have not had time to get it to me, no biggie my bad!! Looking forward to reading it and I promise to review it!! :)

Jenn
I just found out I won a copy of the book you had on Member GiveAways....Dirty Little Angels...thanks.

I will read it and review it as soon as I can. Tons of books to read. :)
Hey Chris... you wrote to me on my old account Morbid_Jenn and I just found my old password information and stuff. I have since made a new account and building my library back up (lost a ton of my books in a fire at the storage place down the street while moving apartments... sigh). You commented on my liking the Glass Castle and if I would like to read and review a e-copy of your book Dirty Little Angels. That of course was back in Aug. I looked at the book site you gave me and it seems very "up my alley" kind of book. If you would like me to read it, I would love to and review it. This would be a first e-book for me and as I am always reading things off the computer screen, this should not be a problem for me.

If the book is out in bookstores, except my apologies and I will have to pick it up the next time I am there. Best of luck!!

Jenn
Just wanted to say hello! I'll have to pick up Dirty Little Angels sometime. I love reading books set close to home. http://thecajunbooklady.blogspot.com/
An ebook version is fine, though I prefer a hard copy. Looking forward to it. (Do you have any objections to my printing it out?)
Wow, it looks like a lot of people took a break from Library Thing for awhile, so I don't feel as bad. I also just recieved your comment regarding your book. It sounds like an interesting read, and I would be happy to review ait for you. However, I have a really hard time with e-books, as my eyes don't care for the screen that much. If a hard copy becomes available, please keep me in mind!

I don't check in here often enough. Probably too late to review the book, but I'll pick up a copy. Looks good.
The message received about getting the book stated it would be mailed to me. - Susan
I just logged in today after a few months and just saw your comment from July (guess that happened to several of us, from the looks of the comments!). I would love to check out and review the book! Thanks!
I just noticed your comment as well. I'd be happy to read your book.
Sorry to reply so late to your message (3 months!) but I actually just got it today...yes, I will read your book and review it...thanks for sking...SG
I'd love to read your book. If you can't send it I'll order one. Thanks.
Now that I've finished that one, while I still definitely see similarities as far as the protagonist's friends and the mood of the book in the beginning, it veers off into teen supernatural romance at the end. So, it is probably not up your alley. But there were definitely initial similarities in storytelling style. Just mentioned it, as a curiosity.
Sure, I'd like to read your book. Just let me know what I need to do.
Hi! Just letting you know I haven't received Dirty Little Angels yet to review. Looking forwarad to reading it! = Susan
Hi Chris,

I could be wrong about this, but I am reading this book - Wake, by Lisa McMann, and it reminded me so much of your book I thought it must be up your alley. I'm not done, so I could be wrong about this. But it may be worth checking out.

Andrea
Hi Chris!
Just a note letting you know that your book is my current read. Review will be up soon. THANKS again for the opportunity.

Stan (iluvvideo)
Hi! Just dropping a line to say that I haven't received Dirty Little Angels yet to review.

-lori
An e-book or audio book is fine...I just wasn't sure when I would have gotten the email with the file.

Thanks!
I would be willing to review your new novel and posting my thoughts. I will have more time around the holidays and look forward to reading it then.
It doesn't look like I'll be visiting Louisiana again since my parents are now 'Georgia Peaches'. Kind of sad actually. Especially after nearly 50 years of having a tie there. I miss my crawfish. But... if you're ever in Kuala Lumpur I will treat you to a Teh Tarik. That's tea with milk and though it doesn't particularly sound like something a Louisianian would drink (no chicory) it is very good.

My LSU memories are still fond and I do keep in touch with a couple of professors there, but visiting is a bit out of my usual ways and byways.

Brian
Hi Chris
I won a copy of your book.. and just read the message below that it is an e-book. Do I need to do something special to receive this? Thanks so much!

Dear Chris,

hi! I am one of those who won the Early Reviewers'/ Member Giveaways program for your Dirty Little Angels book. As far as I could vaguely remember, the book mentioned was an e-book. I have yet to receive the ebook via email, or links/references as to how to obtain the e-book. I see others have written to you about it, would you mind if I ask too as to how I can obtain the e-book for a review?

Sorry to bother

Shazz
Hi Chris,

I Just wanted to tell you that I loved your book. It's the sort of book that I just couldn't put down. The vocabulary used throughout the book was perfect and it really set the scene. I really enjoyed the dark writing style and I hope to see more of your work.

Kirsty
Chris: I have your book on my Amazon.com wishlist (I've heard only good things about it), but I have a question. Will it be offered in a Kindle edition? The profit to you on a Kindle download is probably 1 American dollar, but a blog review is probably worth it.
Hi Chris,

Sorry for the really late reply on reviewing your book, I was kind of busy with school. I wonder if you'd still want me to read it, because I'm interested in it. :)
Chris,

I won Dirty Little Angels through Member Giveaway and I haven't received it yet. Was I supposed to contact you before you sent it out?

Thank you!

Andrea
Chris,
Sorry I did not see your comment earlies. I don't spend a lot of time on sites or noticing comments -sorry. I might perhaps be interested in reading and reviewing your new book but I would only do it with a physical book - I am not an ebook kind of person!
Barbara
I am so sorry that it has taken me an absurd amount of time to respond. Somehow, I missed reading your message until today when I was clearing my messages. If the offer is still open to read and review your book, I'd be happy to do so. It sounds like a book I'd very much enjoy. Please forgive my tardy response.

Thank you,
Cheryl
I appologize for not responding sooner. I did go onto your website and read the part of your book that was published there. It seems like it would be a really good read, but with how little time I have had lately to read books - I would hate to tell you to send me a copy to review, only to have it take me 3 or 4 months to get the review written. I will keep my eye out for it when I'm at the store, and it has made it onto my wish list that I keep next to my computer so I will not forget to pick it up when I have more time to read.

I wish you much luck in getting the word out about this book, it seems really interesting. And thank you for asking me to review it.
Have a great weekend.
I won your book, "Dirty Little Angels" and it hasn't arrived. Was there something that I was supposed to do in order to receive it?
What was the title of your book?
Yes, I did win it in the Member Giveaway and i"m Still looking foward to reading it.

Thanks,

Boneslv
I am so sorry that I didn't catch this message earlier. I go through spells with LibraryThing. I would be willing to read your novel if you're still looking for readers. Thanks.
Hey, I just got your message from back in May (I hadn't been on here in a while) and I'd love to read your novel, if you're still looking for someone to review it.

Mike
Hi
I was told I won a copy of your book weeks ago but have yet to receive it. I'm just
wondering if it was mailed or if there was something I should have done in order to
get it sent.
Thanks
Gina
(ginth13)
Alright that would be great! I'll let you know what I think when I'm finished reading.
I apologize it took me so long to reply!
I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to you (computer problems), but I would not have read your novel anyway, because it just doesn't seem like the kind of book that I would like.

You asked me because I liked Kirino Natsuo's "Out", but I didn't like it because it is a gritty thriller. I liked it because it was a book by a Japanese woman about Japanese women. I actually read it initially because it was required reading for my course on gender in Japan. The murders and such were hardly more than a facade for me, and most definitely not what the books was about.

And since your book doesn't seem to be about either women or Japan, I think I wouldn't be much help, since I'm not really a fan of thrillers and would probably not like it at all.
Hi there

you left me a comment about your book Dirty Little Angels and it souds interesting and I will definately look into it. Thanx for cluing me in. I'll let you know when I finish reading it.
Sure! Email it to dmhclh@yahoo.com
Best of luck to you.
I would love to read it if you still need people to review it. Thanks!
Sorry, I'm a teacher and haven't been back on the site since school started. If you're still looking for people to review your book I would love to read it.

Cindy
Chris,

I was told that I would receive a copy of your book to review but I haven't yet seen it in the mail yet. Is there something that I needed to do to initate this process?

Thanks.

I would be willing to read and help, if possible. Send my way, if I'm still able to help!

Let me know

Thanks
Hi,

Thanks for the message. Sorry I didn't check it until now. I would love to read the book if you still have copies available.

Thanks!
I finished 'Dirty Little Angels'. Very Dark. Very Disturbing. I thought it had interesting word useage, it was graphically colorful, and I was turning pages quickly.
I'd love to! Send it on!! snag2772@gmail.com

Hi. I'm sorry to be so late in responding to your post. I'm still learning about how to make the most of this website and will try to check messages more often.

I would love to read and review your book if you still have one available. (Hard copy, e-book, or whatever you have on hand.)

Thanks, and I look forward to reading your work!

Thanks - I'll have to pass on that - like so many others, I also ask you to excuse my long delay in answering you...I never noticed the comment button until a friend pointed it out to me today...
Hi Chris,

I'm buying your book on Amazon. Thanks for the recommendation.

Kirsty
Hello Christopher! How do I access your eBook? I'm almost finished with another book for review, and then I'll start on yours. I love reading about and researching the history of Louisiana, and just can't wait to read your book!
laurakei@yahoo.com
I am a little late to the game, but just now got the message. I would like to read your book.
lisam0451@hotmail.com
I'm sorry I didn't reply before bgut I never check messages on 'the thing'. Sorry but I would read your book if the offer still stands.
Lynn
Hi Chris,

Sorry for the extremely late reply. It's been a while since I check my LibraryThing. I could give your novel a try though I am not sure how fast a reader I am, working and all. Plus I'd never read from an e-book before..my work already involves staring long hours at the PC hmm. An actual copy would be perfect though.

Anyways, do let me know if you are still interested to send the ebook for review :)
Chris,

My apologies for the delay in responding; I just saw your comment today. Your book sounds like something I would love to read and review when I have more time. Best of luck! Cathy
Hi! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, life got a bit hectic there for a bit :) I would very much enjoy reading your novel though, if the offer is still open.
I just found your invitation to review your book. I'm more interested in hard copies. But I was interested, so I looked it up in Barne and NObles. They offer it too so I plan on getting a copy there when I begin my Christmas shopping. Thanks, Kimmie
Chris, thanks for the invite and sorry for the slow response. Unfortunately, I have been way too busy at work to take on reviewing at this point--but maybe at some point down the road. Cheers, Gary
im not an e-reader but perhapse if u have ne physical copies i would like to recieve on and read your novel.

sounds like fun, if you're still interested in sending me a copy. my email is bryan.pk@gmail.com, you can send it there.
Hello Christopher,
You left a message on my account about reviewing your new new book. I'd love to have that opportunity! I'm a grad student in Library Science, and rely on book reviews to select and recommend books, so I'm familiar with book reviews.
Please leave me another message so I know how to access the entire text.
Best of luck,

Thanks for the offer on Dirty Little Angels. I'm not an e-book reader, but I'll check out your website and look it up on Amazon.

Dear Mr. Tusa,

I just got your message today to review your book based on my admiration for "When I Was Five I Killed Myself." My apologies for the lengthy response time. It may not still be applicable, but I will most definitely find a copy of your book to review for Amazon and for Library Thing, among other reader sites.

For future requests, please contact me directly at:

ChristianMarcusLyons@gmail.com
My full name is Gwilym Lucas Eades. I go by Luke.
It really is a great book!
I'm sorry for my extremely late reply, I read over the sample chapter on your website and was duly interested. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at writing reviews though I'll see about picking up your book next time I'm in a bookstore. Thank you!
Thanks Chris, being a non-literary person (I'm an architect)I am flattered to have been asked to review your book! I read rather slowly because my day job and life in general take up a lot of my time/energy, so for that reason I'm not an ideal person to undertake this task. I'm not sure your novel appeals to me, but I WILL read it in due course. Yes, I did enjoy "The God of Small Things", but the major draw there for me was the perspective of an author writing with simple integrity from her knowledge of a (to me) exotic location.
Hey, sorry I'm also late on replying. I'll look it over on amazon and when I get paid I will order it/review it. :D
I'm sorry Chris, but I will not be able to read your book at this time. Appreciate your offer and wish you the best with it.
Hello Chris,

seems I'm not the only one who is a little late in replying. I've ordered a copy on Amazon. The plot sounds interesting, smart move to check the 'Clockwork Orange' readers btw.

Good luck!
Hi Chris,

Sorry it took so long to reply to your comment. I would be willing to read it and review it. I am actually doing a project for myself where I read 100 books in a year and review them.

Michelle
Hi Chris,
Thanks for offering to let me review the book. I tried to find the book in my library but unfortunately they did not have a copy. I prefer to read a book than an e copy. But nevertheless please send me the link and I will read it and send on my review.

Cheers,
Suchitra
Chris,

I'm sorry to be so long in replying. I'd love to at least read a chapter. Let me know.

Sean Nighbert
Once again, Chris, I'd like to thank you for the opportunity to read Dirty Little Angels. I've left a heart felt review and welcome your thoughts. I look forward to your next project and will recommend DLA to people I know and meet. Good luck to you!
Ok, my email is smaynard@gmail.com, so I look forward to receiving it. I've seen good and slightly off renderings on the kindle (don't have DX) but straight text should be fine, you're right. Thanks!
Hi, wow your book "Dirty Little Angels" looks really interesting, unfortunately right now I don't have the time to review it. I am way too busy with school. Plus I don't really like reading off a screen. I will recommend it to my cousin though, she tends to like stories from the south. Thanks for the offer anyway! Good luck!
bookslover@cox.net
Wondering if you got a hardcopy yet. I checked out your website shortly after getting your message and think that your book sounds interesting. Would love to read and review for you. Would much rather have a hard copy. I will give the ecopy a try if you want to tell me how that works. Just let me know. Thanks for considering me for your book!
Chris,

I would love to read your novel if you'd be willing to send me an ebook of it and would happily review it here. I hope that you've had good luck with it and if it's as good as the review indicated I'm really excited to read it. Thank you!

Keryn
Hi Chris,

Sure, I'd be happy to read your book, however I do not like reading on screens. If you ever had more paper copies available, keep me in mind as a reviewer.

Thanks,
Trevor
Hi Chris,

Thank you for the opportunity to review your book. Though I rated Glass Castles 4 out of 5 stars, I wouldn't say that I enjoyed it, in fact if it hadn't been our library's One Read, I would Not have read it, too many cringe moments (eg. you're Not really going to trust your parents with your money are you - NO). So unfortunately, I do Not wish to read more about dysfunctional families. Good luck with your book!

ps - just saw your note this evening.
Hello-

Sorry for the late reply to your message about Dirty Little Angels. I appreciate the inquiry, just haven't been logging on lately.

I wouldn't be a good reviewer, I'm afraid. Though I liked Out by Kirino overall, it was the portraits of the four women characters and their roles in Japanese culture I enjoyed. Well, OK - I also liked the jerk husband getting strangled and the women cutting up the body and disposing of it. But the rape/torture scenes - they were hard to get through.

I didn't get past the first couple of paragraphs of the Dirty Little Angels excerpt. I do think they're well written, but you ain't kidding - this does promise to be dark stuff.

So... my limited feedback is you've done a great job signaling the reader about what's to come. Readers like me will know right off they're not your target audience.

But I think there is a target audience out there, and wish you best of luck with the book.

Carol
Hi Chris,

I can't read books on a screen, but would be happy to read print or kindle format. Let me know...

Thanks,
Summer
Hi Chris, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I would love to read your book. It sounds very interesting. Please email me with the how-tos.
Thanks,
Nan
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer; normally I'd be more than happy to review your book, but unfortunately I find it next to impossible to read for any length of time from a screen. Sorry! Best of luck though.
Hi Chris

Apologies for not coming back to you in 3 weeks - I completely forgot all about LT!! Yes, I'd love to read your work and an e-book version is absolutely fine.

Drop me a line and let me know how to collect/download it.

Many thanks

Ray
Hi Chris-

Sorry for the belated response, I'm new to library thing!

Your book looks fascinating, but, like so many others, e-books are tough on my eyes- good luck with the book and please let me know if you get any more copies!!
Hi Chris I enjoyed the sample chapter I hope the book does well. Is it published in Australia?
Cheers
James Pope
It is kelli.rowe@student.adelaide.edu.au. Cheers!
I'd also enjoy reviewing your work - apologies for the late response, I didn't see I had a message.
I would enjoy revieweing your work... just send it along..
Hi Chris
You left a comment on 9 September 2009 and I apologize for not responding I just didn't see your message. You on you for writing and getting yourself published. I write but am only at the point of finishing one novel and I have started another which is more exciting to me.
I will read the sample chapter and see if your book is for me. I will get back to you.

Hi,

I'm pleased to have been awarded a copy of your e-book for review. I sent an e-mail to you a few days ago from my aol account with my e-mail address, but have not seen anything since. So I will now send the message to you here, from LT. My e-mail address, for delivery of the e-book, is shirfire218@aol.com I look forward to receiving the book and adding it to my "to read and review" list. Sorry for the late reply, I haven't checked in lately. Your books look really interesting, I would like to read your work as it does look exactly the kind of subject matter and style that would interest me - but unfortunately I work full time and am in the middle of a degree course online which is taking up a lot of my time, so unfortunately I would be unable to read and review to a deadline.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for writing. Your posted chapter was quite lyrical, really great images. I hope you continue to grow as a writer.
Cate
I'm interested in reading and reviewing the book if I can get a paper copy, but I'd never actually read an e-book. If you come by more paper copies, let me know.

Thanks,
Jenny
I appreciate the offer, but sadly, I'm knee-deep in unreads these days. 8^)

I wish you sincere good luck though,
Todd
Hi Chris,

Thank you for the offer, but I'm afraid I'd never get around to reading an e-book. However, your novel sounds intriguing and I'll certainly look for it on the shelf. Best of luck!

Kerstin
Would love to review your book. Looks interesting.
You can send the copy to shoosty at gmail.com
Thanks, michelle
I would be happy to review your book, it looks really interesting, but pelase send it to liam_kd44@yahoo.com instead the other email is being glitchy, if you would still like me to :)
Hi, I would love to read your book. Sounds like one I may enjoy! Unfortunately I can't read books on the computer. It bugs my eyes something fierce. If you get more hard copies let me know!
hello. thanks for the offer and sorry i'm getting back to you so late. i'd love to read your book; it sounds right up my ally. :) can't wait to read it.
Hi Chris, thanks for your offer. I would love to read your book!
friedagodding@gmail.com
It sure sounds great! Thanks!
Hey there,

Thank you so much for the offer, but I have a difficult time reading copy from computer screens. And I like the portability of a book in my hands because I'm a mom on the go! Good luck with your book(s) though, keep writing!

DJ
I just received a copy of your book, and I can’t wait to begin reading, looks intriguing!
Hi Chris,
Am traveling, but had received your copy of DIRTY LITTLE ANGELS which I finished at 3 AM this morning. I have posted my review on LibraryThing. Your writing style is amazing. Not "feel good", but very real. I liked that it took me to parts of society that are parallel to my own I continue to be amazed at the parallel universes co-existing with my own). It felt real and not fiction-like at all.
Good job!
Did you want me to post on Amazon?
Karen
Yes, I would be very interested in reading your novel. Please send to seasaw432@aol.com. Thanks
Yes, I would be very interested in reading your novel. Please send it to winonabaines@yahoo.com.
Hi Chris, yes I would love to read your novel. My email

John
Heyla!

I'm honored you asked me, but I regret to say I must decline your offer to review your book. I'm currently a graduate student and have very little time to read for pleasure and would not be able to give your book the time and attention it deserves. My apologies and I hope to read it sometime wen I'm not swamped with homework!

-Falc
Hii,
I got your comment and here is my email: mccambridge_jonie@yahoo.com
Hi Chris, Sorry for the delay responding. The book sounds like something I would like. However, I am pretty much a hard copy, hold it in my hands, snuggle up, curl the pages type of person... I'll look for it on the shelf.

Thanks for the offer!
hi,
soz for the late reply. My reading habits are so schizophrenic that id never read it in time im afraid. Also im no good with e books. hope it all goes well.
Thanks for the offer, but I would probably never get around to reading it if it's an e-book. Good luck with your book!
Hi,
Pardon for the late reply, I've been moving. I'm interested in reading if it's printable. Try arkhamlovebirds@hotmail.com.

Thanks for the offer,
Femmescrim
Chris,
Thank you for your offer, but I'll have to decline even a free ebook, I really prefer to read a physical copy. It sounds interesting though.
EllenH
Chris,

So long as I am able to print the ebook out (which I am sure I am) I would love a copy of your book! My email is Ktcunningham@Gmail.com.
Hey, so I apologize for just now noticing your comment, I don't get on LT much. I would gladly take an e-book, although truthfully I would prefer a physical copy... but obviously if it's free I am not going to complain.

My e-mail is brad dot krautwurst at gmail dot com. Thanks!

However, it may be a while before I get to reading it, as I go to a Great Books school and reading is pretty much all I do, ever. And I have a looot of reading for school.
Hi Chris, it sounds amazing and intriguing, it makes me want to get a kindle. If I do, it'll be the first book I read!
Chris, thanks for your kind offer of an ebook to review. I've read a few ebooks and found the format just too tiring and cumbersome to deal with, especially since I spend all day working at a computer. So, I will decline but send my wishes for good things in your future as a writer. Maggie
Chris,

I just returned from Singapore where my son Christopher was married on August 15, the reason for my delayed response. After a few days of jet lag semi-consciousness, I think I am now once again ready to read, especially after reading your first chapter. Please send me a copy at dsbjohn@yahoo.com. I am looking forward to finding out what happens to the "Dirty Angels" family--it sounds as dysfunctional as my own.

Dianne
I spend all day at work in front of a computer, so I don't like reading ebooks. The book sounds interesting though, so let me know if you get any more physical copies!
Hi Chris!

Thank you for your kind offer, but I don't really care for ebooks so will have to decline.

Good luck!
~Terri
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I would love to read your book. Is it in a format that would work with a Kindle?

my e-mail is mau7664@yahoo.com
Hi Chris - sounds like a good read, but I can't handle reading digital books - I spend 8-9 hours a day in front of a computer at work, and don't have the patience for more screen time for reading! If you receive new copies of the physical book for reviewers, let me know!
Hi Chris,
Yes, I would like to read your book. My email is affyfe@gmail.com, I look forward to receiving a copy!
Thanks!
I'd love to read it!

shannon.rattray@hotmail.com
Hi Chris,

I'd love to read your novel. Please send copy to sir.siafl@gmail.com. Thanks.

Congratulations on the book!
Hi Chris,

Yes, pls send me a copy, I'll put it on my Sony Reader. I'm in the audiobook publishing business working for Recorded Books, so perhaps we might have something here. Send copy to mhaley069@hotmail.com.

-Mark
After going thru the reviews in Amazon, I may give it a try. Pls. send my your ebook copy at arindam.das.75@gmail.com
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the consideration. Unfortunately, I'm really busy with school right now, and have no time for reading anything non-school related. If you still would like reviewers in May, let me know!

-- dola
Lynne.jc@gmail.com. Looking forward to it.
Chris - I'd love to read a copy. I can post my review on my blog, here and on Amazon. I would like to read it on my Kindle so am not sure what format I'll need that in.
I'd love to read a copy, but if it has to be in .pdf I'm probably going to end up going through it very slowly. I'm not in front of the computer so much anymore and take books to campus with me, where I do most of my reading.

If you get any more hardcopies to hand out, would you keep me in consideration?

Thanks,

Jessica
Hi Chris,

Thank you for the invitation, but I'm afraid I don't have a lot of time to read at the moment: I just gave birth a couple of weeks ago. About a sentence a day is my current pace...! :)

Good luck!

Vonini
I'd love to read your work!

etc.project@gmail.com
Downloaded the book tonight. I'll start on it tomorrow.
Is it ok if I continue to offer my novel as part of the Member Giveaway Program?

Absolutely!
Bring it on! I loved "The Lovely Bones" and can't wait to read more of your writing.

Julie Pogue

I would love the opportunity to read your book if it's not too late. You can e-mail me at crzsweet20@hotmail.com.
Chris I just got your comment that you sent in august, sorry, I suppose I don't check for comments enough, but yes I would be very interested in giving your book a read and reviewing it. You can e-mail me at derekdaileyissupercool@gmail.com if you're still looking for a reader.

Thanks,

Derek
Thanks for the invitation, but I'll have to decline. I don't have the eyes to
read an ebook.

Best,

Alan Scheer
Dear Chris,

Sorry for the late reply. If there is still time, I would very much like to read the rest.

Best wishes,

Laura
Hi Chris,

My e-mail address is zsigandr@yahoo.com. Thank you very much for the opportunity.

Andrea
Chris - I would be happy to read and review your book. It seems like you've taken on some very hard-hitting topics, and I'm very intrigued to see how the story line plays out.
Chris-
I'm in the middle of reviewing an unpublished group of novels for a friend in addition to several other novels I'm trying to get through and helping my daughter get relocated. But I wish you the very best in your work!
Chris-
Just reading the summary intrigued me. I would love to read the rest of it!

-claudine
Heh, oddly enough, I'm reading another of Anthony Burgess' books at the moment.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't mind reviewing your book, but I have problems reading large blocks of text on the computer. Printed pages tend to have less of a contrast between the text and the paper, whereas a computer screen is stark black and white--and that's not so good on my eyes (wow, I sound old).

Good luck, anyway! :)
Yes, I would like to review it. Have you linked it? OR? Just let me know.
Hi Chris,

Sorry for the really late reply. I was out of the country and it's been years since I've signed in on this account (so I have to thank you for reminding me that this place still existed; now I have to update my book list). I would love to read your book and provide you with a review. I don't mind the PDF format so feel free to send me the book. I am really looking forward to reading it!

Thanks a lot and wish you all the best,

- EB
Hi Chris;
Sorry it's taken me a long time to reply. Your book looks really interesting and I would be interested in reading it, however I am not a fan of reading books on the computer. So, I will have to decline your offer. I will keep an eye out for it in the book stores though. I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks
Kathy
Chris,
Just now saw your message and I would be happy to read your book and provide a review. Can I convert the e-copy to read on my Kindle? I wouldn't be able to read it from my computer (too much eye strain for me). Let me know if it can be converted.

Thanks,
Julie Daniel
Hi Chris
Thank you very much for the offer to review your book. I read the linked page and it certainly sounds like a compelling novel to read. Unfortunately I would struggle to try and read it off my computer. If I had a hard copy.. I would then be able to read and review it in a timely fashion.
Once again thanks for the offer.
kind regards
Lisa
Hi Chris,

I have to decline your offer to review your new novel. My to-be-read-and-reviewed pile is already huge. Thanks for the offer and best wishes.

Nicole
Hi Chris,

I appreciate the offer to read your new novella and post a review. Unfortunately, I just don't think I could do that much reading on the computer. I already stare at a computer all day at work, so when I get home, I have to have that book in my hands. However, I am contemplating getting a digital reader around Christmas. If I do, I would be opened to review some of your stories if the offer is still on the table at that time. Whether it is this one or any of your future ones.

Cheers \ HHF
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the book review offer. However, I don't expect myself to be able to do any review at this point (new baby coming soon). Good luck with your book!

Best,
Peishan
Hi. I'd love to read your book, but I hate reading anything from screen. If you get a hard copy let me know...
Hi Chris,

Thank you for offering a copy of your novel for review. Unfortunatly, I do not review e-copies. If you would like to email a link to where a copy of your book is available online to web@thegildedpen.com, I'm sure they would be able to pass it to someone who would be willing to review it.

If you have any questions, I can also be reached through that e-mail.

The best of luck,
Amber Barth
Hi Chris, all the very best with your book ... unfortunately I like to read in hard copy ... but look forward to holding onto a copy when it comes out.

All the best.
Hi Christopher
Sorry, but I only read unpublished or self-published books for pay, unlress they're written by very good friends.
Jonathan
Chris,

I would love to read and review your book. It sounds wonderful! However, I need a hard copy. As soon as one is available, if you could send it that would be great.

Thank you,

BALE
Good luck w/your book Chris. I am afraid I just don't have the eyes for an e-book. But like some others, I would love to read a hard copy.
Sorry -- I'm a bookcrosser and I currently have 4 bookrings to read within the space of two weeks, and 2 or 3 more on the way. Don't know when I'll have time to read anything else.
Hi Chris

I'm afraid I am the same as philhappy. At the moment I don't have an ebook so can't take you up on the offer.

Read the first chapter though and will be adding it to my wishlist on Amazon!

Thanks

Stuart
Sorry for the delayed response but I haven't been on LibraryThing for a while. Thanks for the offer but I just can't read an ebook. Your book looks really interesting though and I'll pick up a copy from amazon. Best of luck with it.
I'd love to. I"m a little busy at the moment right now, so it may take me a bit but I'd love to do my best to try.
Hello,
Thanks for the offer but I'm too busy at the moment & I'm going on holiday very soon. I wish you the best of luck,
antoinetta.
Hi Chris,
I've read Dirty Little Angels and I will be posting a review soon. Thanks for the opportunity to read your debut!

Lisa Marie
Hi,

Just wanted you to know I finished your book and my review is posted here: http://www.librarything.com/work/7767575... , as well as on Amazon and BN.

I tore through it in one afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! Maybe this is because I'm a therapist, but I was fascinated with how Hailey kept getting triangulated into others' relationships: mom and dad, Cyrus and Moses, Meridian and Chase. Great stuff. Wishing you much success with this novel, and looking forward to reading more of your work in the future!

Stacie
I would love to read your novel. It sounds very interesting. I can take an ebook copy, do you know if that can also be uploaded to Kindle? Thank you.
I'd love to give your book a whirl. But I can not read an e-book. When you have a hard copy (in whatever form) I can help you out.
'Til then Good Luck.
I'd love to read your new book, however, I'm not big on reading an e-book. Actually I've never really tried to read one. If you come up with a paper copy I'd be happy to read it and post comments.
I'd love to read your new book, however, I'm not big on reading an e-book. Actually I've never really tried to read one. If you come up with a paper copy I'd be happy to read it and post comments.
Thanks for the offer of reviewing your book. The book seems interesting, but unfortunately I have a lot to read at the moment and I don't think I could do a review in a timely manner.
I see many people are interested though, so that should not be too much of a problem for you. ;)
I'm waiting forwards to reading the reviews.
Hey there!!! I actually run a review site called lipstikindie.com. Please email me at carolina@lipstikindie.com with all your info and the ebook and I will get it off to the book reviewer :)

Carolina
I'm sorry, I just don't have time. Good luck!
Hi Chris, happy to review the ebook. My email address is on my profile. Cheers, A
I'd like to read your new novel as well. Please email it to me :)
sure, i'd love to read over your novel. just go ahead and email a copy of it when you get a chance. be sure to write in the subject line, because it will probably be marked as spam if you dont. take care
Thanks for contacting me about reviewing your book. I'd love too but my eyes just can't handle an e-book. Thanks anyway!
I'd love to but I can't read an ebook:-( I am a paper-girl! My debut novel, Megan's Way is available on Kindle, though, as well as paperback if you are interested!
Normally I'd say yes but I'm just waaaaay too busy with work, consulting and juggling two blogs. Thanks for reaching out and good luck.
I would love to read the e-book for a review. send it to: kimfdim@aol.com. thanks for considering me :)
Hi Chris, I'd love a chance to read your book. I've never tried an "e-book" before but I'm willing to give it a shot. The sample chapter I read was very interesting to me. If I can't do the e-book thing I'll let you know what I think about the parts I can get through. Having a bit of trouble with my internet at home just now, so we'll just have to see how it goes. Thanks again for asking me. Send to my email: lorimarie@hotmail.com Thanks, Lori
P.S. read the sample and I'm hooked!
Hello Chris, I would be all up for reading/reviewing your novel! Thank you so much for contacting me. My personal computer is down for the month and am currently using the school computer. I will get back to you!! ( please be patient >.
Hi Chris, I would be interesting in reading your book. I enjoyed the summary and started to read a bit of the chapter that you had online. However I have tried one other ebook and wasn't sucessful at completing it. I sit with 4 computer screens in front of me at work and when I go home to do things there whether it be social networking, gaming, reviewing books etc. I don't care to sit at the computer for long periods, due to having to sit in front of 4 computers at work 12 hours each day. I do much better with a book in hand that I can carry along with me. I did do a review for an ebook for Jayne Waggoner and she actually printed a copy off of the computer for me and mailed it to me. I would be open to that. I do enjoy reading and would be happy to read your book and make sure to review it as well. However as you can see I am not a big ebook reader. However feel free to contact me at rmskeens@zoominternet.net if you would still like me to review a copy of your book.

Thank You,
Monica
Hi Chris! I'd be very interested in reading your book, was intrigued by the bit I read, and guess I could give the e-book a try, keeping in mind I've never read one and I don't really like reading off the computer for numerous reasons, eyesight being one. Friends have showed me their Kindles and I simply can't imagine reading books that way either! Sitting in my office at a desktop computer also isn't real conducive to comfortably settling in without interruptions to read a book! I'd be really interested if there was a chance of getting a hard copy of it. As you can see, I'm a bit on the fence. You can contact me at malpower@comcast.net if you'd like.

Cheers!
Kerry
Chris,

Thank you for the offer, but I too hate e-books. I get lost too easily and wouldn't be able to do it justice. I did manage to get through most of the sample chapter however, and it looks great! I will have to pick it up in book form sometime.

Lindsey
Hi Chris,

I would like to try to read your e-book and review it. Just send it to me at dragonflycat36@yahoo.com.

Sincerely,
Cat
Hi, As much as I would like to read your book I am sorry to decline your offer because I am unable to read ebooks because of my eyesight. If you are able to offer in real book form then I would be pleased to read it.
Regards
Valerie
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer to review your book. I checked out your website and it definitely sounds like a book I would read but unfortunately I can't stand e-books. I reviewed one a few months ago (thankfully it was a very small book) and I swore never again! I feel like I can't give a book the full attention it deserves in that format.

Thanks again for the offer and good luck with your book. It sounds very interesting and if you ever get a few hard copies to give away please consider me. I would love to read it.
Thanks so much for the offer to review your book - but I am really old fashioned when it comes to format. I wish you the best of luck - I think it's great you are opening it up to reviewers here!
Hi,
I read the sample chapter, and I would love to read and review your book:) My e-mail is hkvernmo @ hotmail.com.
What an interesting request! Of course I will!
Sure, sounds great. I've reviewed a lot of books on various sites and I read all kinds of books.
sure, i'd love to read it man. I'm reading Chad Kultgen's "The Lie" right now and it's made me realize how much I miss reading novels, and hearing a modern voice of my generation is up my alley.
Chris,

I would be interested but unfortunately I have very little time to read for pleasure in my life right now. Thanks for the offer and good luck.
I sent you a message, you should have my E-Mail now and it will get sent. Good to see aspiring authors. I myself inspire to be an author and working on it (Age 15, haha).
Hi Chris,
I would have liked to review your book, but unfortunately I can't do e-books at this time. I appreciate your asking though, and if I'm able to review e-books in the future I'll let you know. Good luck!
Alayne
Sure, I'd be willing to do a read and review.

--Tom Foster
Hi Chris,

Thanks, I've looked at the sample chapter and would be quite happy to read and review. I'm not sure how fast I'll be able to read it, but I can read and review here and on my book blog (http://blacksheepbooks.blogspot.com/).
Hi Chris,

Thank you for the offer and I would be thrilled to read your book. I have never read a book via internet, but would be more than willing to try!
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer to review your book, but I'm afraid I have to decline. Lovely Bones was a rare detour for me from the type of books I usually read. I don't believe that I could do your book justice. Good luck with it, though.
Chris,

I am flattered and would be happy to read and review your book. If you need to send me an electronic copy that is fine, though it might take me a little longer to finish it. I am not a big fan of reading on the computer, but I will do my best.
sn.smith@yahoo.com
Hello Chris,

I will be glad to review your book. But I am a little occupied at this time and will not be able to commit on a time by when I can get back with the review.

You can email the e-book and I shall get back to you whenever I review it.

Hope that is fine.

Regards
Hi,

Thanks for offering to let me review your book. I will gladly do so, but I must warn you I am a bit busy at the moment with school and work, but if you send me your book I will definitely review it for you. You can email it to me. I look forward to it.

-Cassie
Chris,

I have looked over your book and reviews. I would love to read and review your novel. Unfortunately, I am not in the position to receive an e-book. I think I need to add memory, or something, (computer illiterate) to do so. Does anyone have a hard copy they are done with and could forward to me? Let me know. -bale-
Chris: Your book just became available to me via Paperbackswap! It's been on my wish list awhile. I look forward to receiving it, and after I finish it, a review will be forthcoming.

Best,

Missy
Chris,
Thanks for the offer to review your book; unfortunately I have a bit too much on my plate right now so I have to decline.
Laura
Hi Chris -

Thanks for the offer but I too am not a fan of the ebook. My tbr pile is up to my ceiling also. Good luck!

Jen
Definitley interested in your e-book.
My email is: candace.davis@stu.mccracken.kyschools.us
Looking forward to receiving the e-book. It might be a little while til I get to read it considering I have several e-books atm I have to read. But as soon as I get done with it, I will be sure to send a review and spread the word about it. xD
Hey Chris,

I appreciate the offer but the e-book format doesn't work for me. I have to share my computer.
It does sound like an interesting book.

Best of luck.
Hi Chris--

I wish I could read your book, but I can't do the e-book format at this time. Thank you for the offer, though!
Hi Chris

I would love to read your book.

Please send it to alaskaridals@gci.net

Alison
I'm about three days away from completing the Early Review book I have now. When will you have hard copies of your book available? I can do e-book if need be.
Hi Chris,

I'm afraid I really haven't got the time right now to review anything – my personal and professional to-be-read piles are already towering dangerously:)

But thanks for the offer and best of luck.

Mona
Thanks for the offer but I read that book a long time ago and I'm not interested in reading anything similar at this moment. :)
Thanks, Chris-- I'd be happy to read and review your novel. Thanks for the link and sample chapter.

bearsinclogs@gmail.com
Hi Chris

Sorry I took so long in responding to your post - I'm busy with my B.A. in English, and I had an assignment on Henry James due for today.

I'd definitely be interested in reviewing your novel; in fact, I'd be honoured to comment on it.

Send it over to defaultstain@gmail.com

Thank you
Hi Chris,

Yeah, I would love to read your book. Please send it to bartsnel@mac.com.

Thanks!
I would be very interested. You may send it to be at Cathey@flowerama.com

Thanks!
Hi Chris, sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I was away on holiday last week.

I'd love to read your book - my email address is: mountaingirl1962@yahoo.com

Thanks!
My e-mail is christinar227@hotmail.com. Thanks!
Yes I would love to read your book. My e-mail address is robbinperritt@yahoo.com. Thank you.
yeah! I would love to read your book.
you can send the link to the ebook on over to thiskingdombythesea@gmail.com

Thanks!
Hi Chris,
your book sounds very interesting. Unfortunately I have a big backlog of books to read, so I will not have the time to read yours.
Thanks anyway, and all the best
Estrela
Hi, Chris. I did I indeed love "A Clockwork Orange," and I wish I could read your book. Unfortunately, the timing is bad for me. However, I look forward to reading the chapter at the link you sent, and if you're still looking for someone to review six months from now my deck should be a bit clearer.

Thanks for the opportunity.
Yes please send me your ebook!
Your book sounds great but Im not big on ebooks. Is there anywhere else to get a hadrback?
Hi Chris,

I'd love to read your book, but unfortunately I don't like e-books. Thanks for the offer. Good luck.
Agnieszka
Sure, send it over. E-mail to: 4kids4fun@verizon.net Thanks.
Hi, sounds interesting, I am always up for a good read. However i do most of my reading on the train, as i have a long commute, so e-book format is not possible, sorry, but good luck...
sure, why not. i'll get to it as soon as i'm finished reading a manuscript by a friend of mine. i'll try to get through it in a timely manner :)
I appreciate the offer but I'm swamped with school work. Good luck with the book.
I certainly would like to read your book and write a review. I just read Same Kind Of Different As Me by Ron Hall which I really enjoyed. That may be similar to yours too as it has a religious element to it. I do read pretty fast...especially if it is good!!I read Hall's book in a w/e.
Christine
I would be honored to read your book, but know that I have a long reading list as it is. I also tend to read at the rate of continental drift.
If the file can fit on to my 512M pen drive, send it over.
Matthew.Campanella@gmail.com
Honoured to be asked to review your novel but can't read e-books with any ease, I'm afraid. It does sound like a story I'd like to read.
Thanks for your offer Chris, the synopsis of your novel sounds very intriguing but I read very slow in English so I'm afraid I can't help you with my comments

Good luck!!!

Bama
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the offer, but my workload is preventing me from reading much right now.

shanjan
Chris,

Thank you for the offer, but I'm currently insanely backed up on my reading.

paperkingdoms
Hi, Chris.

Your novel sounds good. It's not really my "thing", though. "Breath, Eyes, Memory" is a book I read because of the Haitian connection, not because of the abuse. Thanks for the offer, though. Good for you for checking it out. Good luck in your promotion efforts.
Chris- Thank you so much for your offer. I read the first chapter and am intrigued and would really like to read more, please email me at laceym_19@yahoo.com>
Thanks again,
Lacey
Thank you for the offer of your book in e-book format. Unfortunately, I'm one of those dinosaurs who likes the feel of paper between my fingertips. Also, I'm currently overwhelmed with book club reads through the new year. (I really need to get off that merry-go-round next year.)

I wish you much success with your book.
Hi Chris,

Your book seems really interesting and I would love to read it. You can e-mail me at Katie1802@gmail.com. However,it looks so good I am tempted to go out and actually buy your book.
I don't read in e-mail format. Thanks anyway.
Hi,

I would love to read your novel, very much. And I would love to write a review, but I just can't do it in e-book format. I spend all day online, so I try not to spend too much of my free time staring at a screen. If you ever have a hard copy, I would gladly pay postage or a bit more. Thanks!
Hi Chris,
I'd love to read your novel whatever format.
Cheers,
Kelli
I see you have lots of takers on your request to review Dirty Little Angels. However, if you still would like me to do so, just send me whatever format you have available, and I'll be glad to give it a look. It sounds like something I would really like.
Hi Chris
Be happy to - would prefer hard copy if they become available (seems to be a general trend!) but eBook would be OK.
LizzieG
Send it along - and an e-book is fine. I will try to get to it soon.

Jason Quinn Malott
Dear Chris,

I'm afraid I too cannot abide reading books on the computer: I would be delighted to read hardcopy but simply cannot face electronic format.

Thank you for the offer,

Aubrey
Dear Chris,

I recently acquired a copy of your novel through BookMooch, but have not yet come round to reading it or entering it on LibraryThing. I will remember and leave a review on LT when I finish reading it.

Best wishes,

Edwin
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer, but I’m read English with some effort. I do that for work and, now I do that because I’m member of a SF award and I have 4 short novels waiting me. Thanks again
Sounds like an interesting novel and I would review it but I prefer a physcial copy of the book. Thanks. Lillian
Chris,

Thank you for the offer; however, I don't read e-books. If you decide down the line to offer some hard copies, I'd be happy to give it a shot.

Good luck with your book!

Christina
Hi Chris,
Looks like it's right up my alley. Send it along and I'll have a look.
Thanks
Luke
Hi Chris -

Thanks for the offer, but I'm not sure I'm your best choice. I'm not really set up for e-books, so I'd have to wait for a hard copy. Also, based on the reviews I've read so far, it sounds like it's going to end badly which I'm not too excited about. I'm not saying that I only like books with the super-mega-happy ending, but there does have to be some hope in there somewhere. So, if the book ends with at least a smidgen of hope and you could send me a hard copy at some point, I would definitely read it. Probably not exactly the answer you were looking for, but it's the best I can do!

Best of luck,
Jean
Hi, Chris!

Your book seems very interesting - and I love all things New Orleans - but unfortunately I'm too busy with my own two books I'm working on at the moment. Thank you for your offer, though.

-Uma
Thanks for the offer, but I just started my second year of grad school, so I'm a bit swamped and I'd hate to commit to reading something I might not get to for quite awhile. Best of luck, though.
Southern, dark and it looks like it takes place in New Orleans. You are three for three there. Send me a copy and I will read it.
Not big on e-book format, but the premise sounds intriguing so feel free to send it my way. I'll definitely try and make the time for it.

~Alera
I would love to read your book. At the moment I have limited internet access, so I would be more than happy to wait for a physical copy.
Mr. Tusa, thanks so much for your offer to read and review your book. I would love to do that. However, e-book format won't work for me. I am a little old-fashioned that way. So if at some point you will have an actual copy, I would be happy to read and review it.

Thanks,
Clara53
Hi, Chris!

You know, I saw your email as soon as you sent it. Unfortunately, I've been working on a couple of projects and reading a couple of REALLY bad books, and neglected getting back to you. I'd like to remedy that now. I would love to give your book a go, and format doesn't really bother me (much), although I do prefer paper. Drop me a line anytime.
Hi, Christopher. Thanks very much for offering to let me read and review your book. Unfortunately, I'm so snowed under with review copies right now, I've decided I can't really accept any more until the end of the year. Also, I don't generally read e-books - I just prefer the "real thing." Thanks again, and good luck with the book!
I don't really read books on computer, so if you could either a) provide me with a physical book or b) buy me an ebook reader, I would be glad to review your book.
sure I would be interested in reading your book. How long is it? Am asking because I doesn't really read books on my computer, so it will take me longer than if it was an actual book
I enjoyed reading the chapter but I can't read on the computer that long.
If you get more books feel free to contact me. Thanks.
Hi Chris, thanks for offering a copy of your book but I can honestly say that I won't read it in ebook format. I spend all day in front of a computer so in my off hours I rarely go there. I did look at the description and the story looks interesting. I wish you the best of success in getting the word out.
Anne
Hey, I'd love to read "Dirty Little Angels". Send a copy out my way to jess @ startnarrativehere.com
Thanks for the offer but I don't read e-books.

Best wishes, Alastair
thank you for considering me, but I don't wish to read an Ebook. -Jenny
Your book sounds really interesting. I would love to review it but I don't read e-books because my eyes hurt if I stare at a computer screen too long and printing is prohibitively expensive. Please keep me in mind if you pick up some more physical copies.
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer to review your book. The sample chapter is interesting, but I'm afraid I will have to decline for now since it is only available in e-format and for the next few weeks I will only have limited access to a computer.

Best wishes,
Cindy
I have already read Dirty Little Angels.
Hi Chris

Thanks for asking me to read and review your book. As much as I would like to do so, I don't like reading books on a screen. If you manage to get hold of any hard copies and you don't mind posting to the UK, I would more than happy to read and review it. In the meantime I wish you the very best of luck with your book.
Dear Chris:

Thanks for the offer. I read your sample chapter and am very interested in reading more. I'll get the book through Amazon because I don't like to read e-books. I'll try to right a review soon thereafter.

Best wishes,

Maureen Higgins
Ok....thanks for the name of the book....I will check out the library...if you get any more...please send it.
Hi Chris,

I would love to read your book. My email address is shoney@eden.rutgers.edu.

Thanks!

Sarah
Chris -

I'd be happy to read your new book, but not in electronic format. I spend too much time at work reading screens. If you get more copies, let me know.

Best of luck,
Maya
Chris -

I'd be happy to read your new book, but not in electronic format. I spend too much time at work reading screens. If you get more copies, let me know.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for contacting me. I am certainly interested in reviewing your book. I'll give the e-book a try; however, I'd appreciate a hard copy when available. I know a few folks who may also enjoy the story.

I look forward to the read!

Kate
Hi Chris,

I loved "Mudbound" and am looking forward to reading your book. I'll probably get it through Amazon, though, since I'm not crazy about reading books electronically.

Best of luck!

Millie
Hi Chris - Thanks for contacting me about reading your book. I'd love to read it, in fact, I spotlighted it in July on my blog (http://southerngal-lisa.blogspot.com/200...) as a book I looked forward to reading. I will post my review on numerous book sites. You can email the ebook to: lisamos64@gmail.com.

Thanks again,
Lisa Evans
Hi Chris,

Thanks for contacting me. I would love to read your book, but would much rather have a hard copy. I will give the ebook a try and look forwrd to reading it!
Hi Chris,
My email address is netoll@yahoo.com. I look forward to reading your book.
Hi Chris,
I am absolutely willing to read your book. I am part of a book club, and could suggest we read it one month as well.
I also can only read plain text, Adobe pdf or rich text format and Microsoft Word documents, so if that is the format you have, please send it along.
You can e mail me directly at: melysa.bortone@gmail.com
Hi Chris,
I'd be interested in reading & reviewing your book, but unfortunately, e-mail format is difficult for me. I'll keep a look out for it in my library. Good luck! Judy
Thanks for thinking of me. Yes, I am very willing to read and review your book... it could take several weeks though as I have review copies of three other books ahead of yours, only one of which is in progress at the moment. One of the two I have not yet started to read is of epic proportions... over 800 pages.

As far as e-books go, I can only read plain text, Adobe pdf or rich text format and Microsoft Word documents. The other proprietary formats require software to which I do not have access.
Thanks I would definitely be interested. The book looks really good. The review may take a few weeks though. I am in the midst of job hunting for a FT job, apartment hunting and applying to grad for Lib Sci so not a lot of spare fun reading time lately.
I'd like to review your book, but unfortunately I've just started grad school and a new job, and don't have much time to spare. Good luck with getting the word out on your novel (I'm an aspiring novelist and know how much work it is!)
Hi Chris,
I would be interested in reading/reviewing your novel. My email address is jeanie.mccallister@gmail.com
Thanks
Jeanie
Hi Chris I would be interested in reading your novel and I am willing to give the ebook a go.

Thanks Jules
Hello Chris,

I would be interested in reading "Dirty Little Angels", but in hard-copy. I am going to order a copy through my library and will post a review here. Best of luck!

Barbharper
Chris, I actually got a copy of your book at paperbackswap.com. It is on my reading list and I hope to have a review up by the end of the month. Thanks!

You might consider posting one or two in the system over there and maybe making a post on the forums. People LOVE talking to the authors and lots of people buy the books when there are positive reviews and talk generated.

Good luck!
Tammy
Hi Chris - thank you for getting in touch with me, I would love to read your novel. I don't know how fast I'd be able to finish it as I haven't had as much time as I'd like for reading lately, but would still like to read it. You can e-mail me at AimeeL85@gmail.com.

Thanks,
Aimee
Chris,
I'm a very "hands on" person, as I much prefer the hard copy to e-mail so regretfully I'll pass on this offer, but will look forward to it when it comes out.
Best wishes.
Nancy
Chris,
Thank you. I will post on LIBRARY THING and on AMAZON. I look forward to reading it. The best of luck.
Karen
Chris,

I read about your book and it sounds really interesting! Unfortunately, I really hate reading books online, but next time I buy books (which might be a little while because I just bought a bunch) I will definitely keep it in mind, and I'll let you know what I think of it!

I hope that it's really successful and that I get to read it some time. Sorry I can't help out!

Thanks,
Jen
Thanks, Chris. I would be interested in reading and reviewing your book but I haven't tried an ebook yet. I think I would be more comfortable with a paper version so get back to me if any more become available.
Thanks Chris. I will absolutely review your book!
Hi Chris,

thanks for the offer. Your book sounds intriguing. Although I'd prefer a paper copy, and I have not read an ebook yet, I am willing to give it a try. Go ahead and send it. or let me know what to do.
Thanks again.
Hi Chris,

Thanks for your note but I am super-backlogged on readings and reviews right now. If you are still looking for reviewers in say, December, I can probably read your book then.

Thanks,
J-
i appreciate the opportunity to read/review your new book...to be honest, i'm not familiar with you, but i'm open and relish the chance to enter your world; big fan of the 'Nawlins environment...my only concern is that i've never read an ebook and wonder if it will deter me from seeing the read through...i understand if you decline your offer...i've facebooked with your site to follow you...thanks again and BE WELL
Sorry for late response, but I'll give your novel a try. I'm yet to read the summary but I don't tend to judge based on summaries. Send it/upload it to RapidShare.
Hi Chris, thanks for your comment. I don't often read e-books but I'd love to get a copy of it and I'll work through it slowly (if that's okay?). Sam
Hi, earlier in the year, i won your book through Early Reviewers. You sent me a comment asking for my e-mail address so you could send me the e-book. Unfortunately, my internet went down around that time, and i didn't get it working again until a week or two ago, and I didn't realize i'd won the book until today. I'm very sorry for the delay, but would still enjoy reading your book if you're still interested in sending it to me. If so, my email is crazyinyoureyes@hotmail.com. Again, I'm very sorry for not replying earlier.
Thanks so much for telling me about your book-unfortunately, I'm not an e-book fan. When your book comes out in print I'll make sure to look for it!
I can't find your original note and forget the name of your book...I will wait until you can send me one or check the library...please tell me the name of your book again so I can contact the libary...thanks.
Chris, I am interested in reading your book. It sounds like it would be worthwhile. The e-book is fine with me. Thanks, Justin.
Chris, I'd be interested in reading your book, but cannot read books on the comptuer screen. I've a bit of a vision problem, so it's just not feasible. But I'll look forward to it when it comes out in print. Thanks for thinking of me, and please accept my sincerest good wishes for a successful experience with your book.
Hi Chris,
I'd be happy to read and review your book, but would prefer a hard copy to an e-book.
Thanks.
Annette
Hi Chris,
Luckily I just finished a master's thesis yesterday, so I have free time available for your book, which sounds extremely interesting. Do send me an E-book copy. If it turns out I can't read it that way, I'll request it through the library. Best of luck,

Sarah Herrington
Dear Chris,

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, I am currently too bogged down with various 'stuff' to be able to read and review the book. Plus, I can't read books online - it is too uncomfortable and I don't have a Kindle.

I wish you the best of luck!!

Cheers, Pete
Hi Chris,

I would be glad to review your book. Let me know how you want to send it. If you have not done so, you should get in touch with the folks at www.ijustfinished.com. They may be able to get your book into the hands of more reviewers as well.

Thanks,

wilsonknut
Hi Chris,

Thank you so much for offering me your book. I would love to read and review it, but to be honest...the e book format is not my thing. I only read books that I can hold in my hands...sorry and good luck!

Teri
Hi Chris. Thanks for thinking of me to review your book, but, at this time I will have to say no as I don't read e-books. Wishing you luck.
Judith
I would be happy to read and review your book, Chris! Feel free to email me a copy of the book at smichaelwilson@gmail.com, and I will add it to the pile and do my best to get to it soon. I might even ask you to return the favor, if I can figure out how to trim down the size of the pdf file of Monster Rally. Looking forward to reading it!

All about the chaos,

Scott
Sure, I would love to read it. If there is any possible way to get a hard copy, it would be preferred, but I will do my best with an e-copy.
Hi Chris,
I will try to find a copy and read at some point. The story does sound interesting...
Thanks
Chris,
I'd love to read and review your novel. However, I'm currently in school full time as well as taking classes full time so it might take me a while to get through it. Of course, hard copy is preferred, but I think I could do an e-book just fine. Thanks!
Sounds great! I would love to review a copy. I would prefer a hard copy but an e-book would work as well (it would probably just take a little longer to read it because I can only read from the screen for short periods at a time. Thanks!

Christina
Hi Chris, Thank you for the offer to review your novel. I was born and raised down by the French Quarter! I would love to read and review it. Ebook format is fine with me. Thanks again!

-Ami
Chris,

Found a copy at my library. I'll take a look at it, but I can't make any promises as I'm starting grad school this month. Good luck! Robin
Chris,

Sounds like a book I would definitely like to read. I would prefer a hard copy and I too would be happy to return it to you after I have read it. I will see if the library here has it. I also belong to a book club and that is why we read Glass Castle. Would you like the book club to read it too? That would be interesting to see what the group thinks.

Much luck,
Rosanne
Hi Chris,

I feel the same way about reading on a screen. I'd be happy to review a hard copy and return it to you when you have one.

Good luck,
Nancy
Chris, Thanks for offerring me a copy of Dirty Little Angels. It looks like a book that would interest me and I'd be happy to read it and review it for you but not by ebook. If you have a hardcopy you wish to send me at some point I'd be thrilled to give it a read and a review. All books I am given to review go to the top of the TBR pile.
Hi Chris,
"Dirty Little Angels" looks a little edgy, but I think I'll request that my library purchase it. I can read the hard copy and review it here and on the library's reader's advisory blog. I'm not thrilled with ebooks. I spend enough time on the computer during the day at work, I'd rather hold a book in my hand. Thanks for the offer!

Sue
Hi Chris,

Thank you for your offer, but I'm not really interested in the subject of your book (nor do I want to read an ebook). I'll respectfully decline at this time. Perhaps, at another time, I'd be willing to read a different book you write. The Louisiana setting is good for me, though.

Best of luck with your current book. I hope it does well.

Madeline
Chris,

Sounds like a few of us are hesitant on reading an entire book online. I'd be happy to review here and on FB if you had a hard copy.
Sounds like a really interesting book! I am not that jazzed about the whole e-book thing tho. I'll look for a copy or let me know when you have more available.

Thanks!
Yes, I would be interested in receiving a copy of your book by e-mail. It will likely take me awhile to read it on the computer, but I would do a review. My e-mail is sbresse1@tampabay.rr.com.

Thanks,

Sharon
Your book sounds very intresting. Thank you for the offer for the e-book, but I don't think I could read the whole book online. I am going to look for a copy and pick it up. I would love to review it once I'm done. Thanks again!
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer of your e-book. Unfortunately, I am backlogged on my reading already! Perhaps I will be able to pick it up at a later date.

Sue
I would love to read your book. I read e-books a lot -- although normally on my Kindle. Let me know how to receive a copy.
Thanks.
Thank you; but no, I don't read e-books.
Best wishes.
Hello Chris. After reading the first chapter, I know that I would be very interested in reading the entire book. I do not think I could possibly read a whole book online, but will look into buying it on Amazon. I will absolutely post my review on here, amazon, and my blog. Jordan
Hi Chris. I read through the reviews and site you sent me, and it sounds like an interesting read. I would review it here and elsewhere but I doubt I would reading it on the computer; not my preferred medium. I'm going to see if I can secure a copy and read it.
Thanks,
Julia
Chris,
Your book sounds like one I would greatly enjoy reading. However, I know I wouldn't ever sit at my computer and read one - no matter how enthralling. If you get any more physical copies, I'd love to have one. I'd be delighted to post my review here, on Amazon, and on my blog.
Debbie
Hi - thanks for contacting me. I've read the summaries and the reviews and I am definitely interested in reading the whole book. Thanks
i would definitely be interested in reading your book, can you direct me to a link, or do you need my email address to send it?
Thanks for offering an electronic version of your new book! I will buy a copy soon; I can't read an entire book on a computer screen. :)

Best wishes,

John
Hello, thanks for asking if I'd read Dirty Little Angels. While it sounds great, I don't think I have the concentration for an entire ebook since I couldn't carry it around with me.

I might order it off Amazon though; I'm very interested in it.

- Holly
If you're referring to Dirty Little Angels, I already bought it through Amazon, read it, and reviewed it.
Do you have another/more recent book out?

Lisa
Wow! The summary looks great! I'd love to read your book. =)

btw, looks like it may be your day - lots of us apparently just noticed and/or realized our delay in responding to your query. So sorry! Curious thing ...

gladeslibrarian =)
sure, i'd love to read your book! not crazy about ebooks, so i will probably just go buy it, haha.
I'd love to read your new book if you're willing to send it to me.. I'm always interested in a good read.
Hi

Sorry to take so long to respond.

Hi Chris,

I guess I'm not alone in failing to see or follow up on your invite. I apologize. I would be interested if you still would like another reader--it definitely sounds like my type of book. m.terri3@gmail.com

Best to you,

Terri Moran

Wow, I just realized you invited me to read your book. Sorry. The summer got away from me!

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer. I'd love to read and review your book, but I don't think I could stand to read an entire book in electronic format.

Sounds like you already have a bunch of takers, though, so you won't have any problem getting some PR. Good luck to you.

Eve
I would love to review it, but don't really like to read things online...too difficult on my eyes.

Will you be getting any more copies? If so, please ship it to me. :)

THANKS for considering me.

Elizabeth
Hi Chris,
my e-mail is dsandbrand at gmail dot come
Thanks,
Diane
Hi Chris. I was on vacation and didn't see your comment until now. I';d love to review the book! Lfoster82@comcast.net
I have never read an e book before!
Thanks!
Lindsay
I'd love to read your book
I just got your comment now. If you're still looking for reviews, etc. Let me know. I'd be more than happy to read it (not to mention I work at a chicagoland borders store, after I read it, seeing as it already looks good, I'll be likely to recommend. my e-mail is: asmccandless@msn.com
I didn't see your comment until just now, but I would love to read your book. you can email me at glenscotia (at) gmail.com.

Thanks, Lisa
Chris,

I would be happy to review your book. Please e-mail it to greenberryblues [at] gmail dot com. I will review it as soon as I finish (though it takes me a little longer to read e-books).

Jeanine
Hi, I haven't been on library thing in ages, but I just checked out your book preview & it looks fascinating. I'd love to read it. thanks, cinwolf
Chris,

I'd be very interested! I'm in the middle of a move, so there'll be some delays, but if you still want my read and review, it's yours. You can email a copy to shelterdowns@hotmail.com.

Best wishes for your journey,
Katrina
Chris,
I am definitely interested in reading and reviewing your book. Although I prefer a hard copy, I will accept your e-book. Please send it to nancy@crossmills.org.

thanks for contacting me!

Nancy
No thank you. Usually I have no interest in biographies. "The Glass Castle" was the rare exception.
Hello, Chris,

My native tongue being Dutch, it will probably take a few days longer, but I will be glad receiving your offer at danny.bloemenhof@gmail.com
Chris,
I'd love to read your book, BUT work has me busy for the next three weeks at least. SO i can read and review it then if that's okay. hit me up at brianjungwi@yahoo.com
Chris,
I've ordered a copy from Amazon.com this morning. It looks like an interesting book, and you seem to be receiving rave reviews for it. I do not expect you to purchase my work in return; it was my decision to buy a copy so I could read a print version rather than an e-book. I'll be back in touch with you once I've read it.
Chris,I would lov

I read the summary of your novel, and it looks very interesting. I need to be honest, however, and say that I can't do an e-book. Call me old-fashioned, but I can't read anything of significant length in electronic form. I understand the appeal of e-books, especially for authors and publishers trying to get the word out inexpensively, but unfortunately it won't work for me.

If you do happen to get more physical copies of the book, I'd be glad to read it and provide a review. In the meantime, good luck to you!
I am so sorry I cannot review your e book at this time.
Best regards
harrietgate
Chris, I will definitely read and review your book. You can email the file to kainlane [at] gmail.com
Thanks for the offer, I don't think I'll have time to read this anytime soon, my apologies.
Hi Chris
thanks for the offer - the book sounds very interesting and right up my alley. My aging eyes, however, won't allow me to enjoy anything in e-book format. I need real books! If you get more give-away copies, please do let me know.
Lorraine
Hello Chris,

Thank you for asking me to review your book. I do rather like 'dark' and would be happy to review it, both here and on my own review blog, which is www.inpraiseofbooks.blogspot.com However, I'm afraid I don't read in e format. So, if you think you can get an actual book to me, I'm happy to give you my address. Let me know.

Lauren
Hi Chris,

I'd love to review your book. My e-mail is andrea_janicki@yahoo.com.

Thanks for the offer!

Andrea
Hi,

Thanks for the offer to review your book. I'd love to read it and we don't have it in the library that I work. May take a while though - ive never read anything in ebook format.

Thanks my email address is sianejones23@hotmail.co.uk
Hi, I was just going through my old messages and saw I won a chance to read and review your book Dirty Little Angels in the Member Giveaways and I needed to supply my email address to recieve it. It's apartmentcat [at] optusnet.com.au.
I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for your offer.
K
A dark book about disturbed kids sounds right up my alley :) I split my reading between e-books and dead tree books so e-book would be fine. Thank-you for the offer, can send to tanysmailatyahoodotcom
Please send me the email version... maybe I can read it at work =)
Thank you so much for the offer to review your book. I would love to. From what I could see on your website, it should be interesting. I am currently in a busy time at work but I will read it as soon as I am able to. While I'm not typically one to read on e-book (I prefer to hold it) I am very happy to know that this option is there.
I certainly would love to review your book. It might take some time to get through an e-book, but if you are willing to put up with that, I'll review and post comments.
Yes, I am very interested! I did go and read the synopsis, it sounds great.
I also have a blog which I post reviews of at least 1 - 2 books per week. I could also post a review on there as well.
EXCEPT, I really would rather have a physical copy of the book, I am not really into reading books on my computer. I think I would have a hard time reading it and not enjoy it as much. I wouldn't want that to sway my thoughts on the content of the book. I would be willing to wait for a copy of even an ARC. Let me know.
Hi, Chris,

Yes, I'd be interested in your book, it looks fascinating. I'm at alisonc@videotron.ca and also have a blog on live journal, http://thefirstalicat.livejournal.com/ where I review the books I've read in a given month at the beginning of the next month; I'm planning to start copying those reviews to LibraryThing on a regular basis (so far I've been lazy), so will be happy to post to both places when I've read your book. Looks good!

Thanks,

Alison
I would love to read the book, it does look very good. I don't like to read electronically...something about a book in my hands. If you want to send me the link I could take a look.... but I'd really prefer a hard copy if you had one and I'd be happy to review it. :)
Hi, Chris. I'd be willing to have a look at it. I don't normally like to read books on computer, but I noticed on your web page that it's also available at Amazon, so if I like what I read in the e-mail I'll go ahead and buy from Amazon to complete reading it. Thanks for including me on your offer.

Are you on Facebook? I'd also be interested to friend you there. At FB I'm listed as Deb Waugh.

Thanks again.

Deb
furdog

my email address is among_the_narcissi@hotmail.com

hope to hear back from you.
Are you still offering to allow people to read your ebook? I would be interested to read it. iamclassic@gmail dot com
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer. I don't get on with e-books - something about sitting at my desk and reading off a screen doesn't feel right and I fear I'd never finish it if you sent it. I think it's a great move offering it as you are and I wish you all the best with it. I'll review a physical copy if you get the resources to send any out.

Thanks,

Paul
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think that I can review your book right now. I read the chapter on your website though and it sounds interesting. Best of luck!
Hey, sorry to get back to you late. I would love to review your book. My email is hhishamunda@jd12.law.harvard.edu. Cheers.

Honore
Hey Chris,

I'd love to read your book. Feel free to send a copy to anita dot dittmar at gmail dot com.

Thanks.
Hello Chris

Yes, you can send the book to hannah DOT lachman AT gmail DOT com. I can't promise I'll read it very fast because I do very little reading at my computer, but I will let you know what I think!

Hannah
Hello Chris,
Yes, I would love the opportunity to read your novel and post my comments. My email address is ayah88@optonline.net.
Thank you.
Well, sorry for late reply. Of course I would like to read your book. If still you are interested please send it to shush@ymail.com. Thanks
The story line looks very intriguing! Send a copy to kryss84@gmail.com and I'll be happy to review it. (This is a great idea to get the word out, by the way... Way to go!)
hello there! thank you very much for the comment, AND the offer to check out your book :) i would absolutely love to read it! i've noticed that several others have posted about being late to respond to your comment(s) :/ i'm afraid i too fall in the category of having not logged in for a few weeks now. but yes, you can reach me at sashaledger@hotmail.com ^_^ and let me know anywhere you'd like me to leave reviews.

thanks, again!
-sasha
I'll review your book,

Adam
Hello!

Nice to hear from you. I spend enough time as it is in front of my computer, but if was offered a printed book, I would definitely read and review it, both here and on my website (http://www.snigel.nu). Good luck with future writing projects. :)

Best regards,

Olle
Yeah, that sounds awesome! Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I forgot i had this thing for about a month. Just email it to me!
Sorry for the late reply the others recently - I would love to read it if you can send it to me!

Molly
Sorry I took so long to get back to you, I haven't been spending much time online lately. I would certainly be interested in reading your novel, but I have trouble reading books on the computer (gives me headaches). If you end up able to send a physical copy I'd be more than happy to help you out.
-Mandie
Apologies for the late reply. I would be interested in reading it and reviewing it.
Sure. Send me an email at milk_toast@hotmail.com.
Hey, sorry this is late, but sure, I'd love to. You can probably reach me a little faster by emailing me at kolonialfarmer@gmail.com. Also, if you've gotten any physical copies in, it would be great if I could get one whenever available. Nice first chapter too, btw.

Thanks,
Kayla
I burned through your sample chapter and am digging the storyline so far. I'd enjoy reading more and reviewing if you like. You can send a copy if you like to my email. serapisrexus at yahoo dot com.

Good luck to you
I read the sample chapter on your website and it sounds like something I'd be interested in reading. Let me know when you have physical copies available; I don't do so well with ebooks. I've reviewed story collections for an editor friend of mine on amazon.com. I could do the same for you. I also run a website that my reader friends visit to get mini-reviews of the books I've recently read. So far, this year, I've read and mini-reviewed over 30 books.
I'd love to read your novel! You can email me at samantha.nicholson@geaugalibrary.info

Thanks for the opportunity!

Samantha
I'd gladly read it! I just sent you an e-mail, (you can racognize it easily, same username), you can reply with your novel attached. Looking forward to it.
I would love to read and review your book! You can e-mail me at yotaka.no.yume [at] gmail [dot] com.
I'd be happy to. Any e-book format's fine. I just got a kindle and would love to read it on that. I've been looking for things to read on there. :)

Looking forward to hearing from you.

simplerich.com has an about page where you can find my e-mail address.
Excellent. An email from me (myfullname@hotmail.co.uk) is winging its way to you. Looking forward to reading the book. :)

Emma.
Thanks for the offer. Let me know if you get any more physical copies in as I don't enjoy reading books on the computer. I do listen to a lot of audiobooks, perhaps there will be an audio version that you could share!
Chris

I would be interested in reading and reviewing your book, but I would need a physical copy. If you can make that happen then I am in.
Chris

I would be interested in reading and reviewing your book, but I would need a physical copy. If you can make that happen then I am in.
Chris-

I'd love to read and review your book, but I'm not a big fan of reading e-books, it's just too hard for me to concentrate on the screen for such a long time, you know? It looks like it will be intriguing, though. Let me know if you get any more copies and you still need some reviews, because I wouldn't mind reading it the old fashioned way!
certainly. my mail is containsphenylalanine@gmail.com
I'd love to review your book, but I never read novels online, I like to be in park or a cafe. If you have any copies/manuscripts let me know. I read over the chapter sample on your site, I really dug it. I can't get enough of that gritty/dark subject matter.

Thanks
Jeff
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the offer. I am going to have to decline. I have so many books to read that I will never get to it. You probably want these reviews up in the near future and I won't be able to get to it for months. Good luck!
Thank you. My email address is biyismom@yahoo.com. I look forward to reading your book.
It sounds really good. I'd love to read it. My email is joyhclark@gmail.com
Hi Chris, thanks for your interest. I'm currently wrapping up a book proposal with my agent. After that I'll have a little more time before the book actually gets written. I'd be happy to check your book out once I'm done with negotiations.
Hey Chris,

I would love to read your novel - you can send it to archieleach23@gmail.com...

Best,

Scott
Hi Chris,

I would really like to read your novel, after having read the first chapter on your website. Unfortunately, I find it too difficult to read lengthy texts on screen. If you get more printed copies then I would be more than happy to oblige, and will post my subsequent review on several sites.

Emma.
Hello Chris
Gosh, I would like to read your novel. Sounds like fun! At the moment, I'm dealing with eye problems but can read text on computer quite well. Please feel free to e-mail me with more info; how I obtain the manuscript and what you expect of me. My e-mail addresses are: ididin1990@yahoo.com and sobsis921@aol.com. Be sure to include a revealing subject line so that I do not mistake you for a "spammer"... Thanks for contacting me.
Diane
I would definitely be interested in reading your book. I must warn you that I may not be able to get to it until the beginning of August. I am in grad school, and I have classes until then.
Amanda
I would be happy to read and review your book. My email is trishaseidensticker@yahoo.com. Thanks for the offer!
Sure, I'd be happy to read your book and write a little something about it. An ebook would make it easier to read: my library doesn't have a copy of your book yet.

Is there a timeframe you wanted this done within?
Chris,

Thanks for your offer and I would be glad to read your book. You can send it to me at bradkautz@gmail.com

Thanks,

Brad
Hi Chris,
I would be delighted to read and review your book. Since you don't have any hard copies available, I would definitely like to read the e-copy! My address is dfluharty at uwf.edu
Thanks for the offer.
Donna
Chris, your book looks quite interesting and I hope I will get a chance to read it, but in all honesty I just don't read books in e-format; I don't get enough computer time to manage it, given that I have a large family all sharing one computer.
I wish you the best of luck with your publication and with its marketing!
Hi Chris! Thanks so much for your kind offer, but I don't really have any handy and enjoyable way to read electronic books. But I'll look forward to enjoying this in print in the future.

All my best to you!
Here is my e-mail: ninjapixiearmy@gmail.com ... and thank you!!

Danielle
Hi, Chris.
Thanks for the offer! I would love to read and review your book. My email is psyche136@yahoo.com. Thanks for this exciting opportunity!
~Lily
Sure I would love to read and review this for you. :)
Thanks for asking me.
Hi, Chris.

Thanks for the offer. I'll be glad to give your book a try, and I'll be sure to write a review once I'm finished with it. I'll include my Email address in a private comment, here.

Best wishes.
Hi,
Thank you for the offer, I would enjoy reading your book in either format and I will contact you at the above e-mail address so that you have my e-mail.
Thanks,
Heather Bosak
Chris,

I would love to read your book. I have no problem with ebook, it just takes me a little longer to read in that format. Just let me know how you would like to deliver it to me and I will get you the information that you need. Thank you!

Danielle
Hi Chris,

I would be very interested in reading your book and don't mind reading it in ebook format if that's all you have right now. I will be done with classes at the end of this month, so I might not be able to read the book before then. I'm a quick reader, though, so once I do get to it I should be able to finish quickly and review it. Thank you for contacting me and I'll email you at your address listed above so you can contact me that way.

Have a great day, Juliana
Chris,

I would be delighted to read your book. However, I am like sgresnic, I don't believe that I could, or would read it as an ebook. The book looks very interesting to me and will endeavor to purchase it. Even though I normally don't buy paperback books, even if they are paperback original first editions. I read the reviews and the sample, and it doesn't appear that I could help more than Donald Ray Pollock. I loved his book Knockemstiff. Bought 3 copies and rated it 4 stars on Librarything.com. Good luck with the book.

Ed Parks
hi - thanks for the offer and I would love to read the book - but I know that I'd never read it as an ebook. If you get some hard copies that you're willing to share, please contact me again.
Hi Chris,

I got your comment. I checked out your sight and your book definitely sounds like something I would be interested in reading. However, right now Im in Grad school and don't have a lot of free time for personal reading on top of the reading I do for the chit lit book club I run. I don't want to commit to doing a review right now because I honestly have no idea how long it will take me. Im also not a fan of ebooks, staring at my computer screen longer than I already do doesn't sound to appealing, haha. But thank you for the opportunity and when things slow down I will definitely read your book and write a review.

Best of Wishes!
Colleen
Sure Chris,
I'd love to read your book. What do you need? I can send you my email address in private email if you'd like. I don't like posting my email address on a public forum like this.
Connie
Hi Chris,

I would be honored to read and review your book. I would prefer an actual copy of the book. I don't have an ebook reading device, other then my PC, and don't like the idea of reading a book that way. If you won't have any copies for a while, I could do it that way.

My email address is srf@soundchaser.org, or I could email you my mailing address.

Thanks!

Regards,
Scott
Hi Chris,

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I haven't been on Librarything for a while. I'd love to check out your new book, although I'm not sure how much help I'd be in terms of worthwhile reviewing. You could email it to junkmail_625@yahoo.com.
Thanks,
Ana
Dear Chris,

It's been a while since I've been online, so I read your comment only today.
I'll be happy to read your book, now that I've got vacation.
Please send your book to rondijkstra17@hotmail.com

Greetings Ron
Dear Chris:

I haven't forgotten about you and your book. I have it on my Kindle and try to read some of it between the work time I have, which gets larger and larger. My daughter is getting married later this month, one of her best friends/bridesmaids was murdered on April 1 in Boulder (by the ex-husband, who then of course killed himself, leaving two little boys without parents), so we've had a shocking up and down last few months.

Just wanted you to know I am still with you, at least in thought. I will get the book finished, and want to try to do larger chunks at a time, because small bits don't work for my memory of things.

Thanks.

Woodswoman

P.S. For all those people who can't read an e-book, I agree about the computer reading, but I have a Kindle and find it very convenient and easy to use. My long-time partner, an English Professor for 35 years, hated the thought of reading on a Kindle, but he bought one for me, and after reading The Story of Edgar Sawtelle on my device (a 566 page book), he ordered a Kindle for himself immediately. We both still love paper books, but definitely find a great place in our reading lives for our Kindles. So don't knock it until you try it. We have nearly 5000 books in our library, but we can't cart them around with us when we travel. Kindle can!
I am also one of those people who can't read on a screen and am a librarian so I love the feel of the book in my hand. I will keep and eye out for it and see if I can ILL it in the meantime for a review!

Good Luck!
Thankyou so much for asking me to review your book. It does sound like a great read but unfortunately I am one of those 'traditional' readers who just can't read from a screen. I will definitely keep an eye out for your novel though. Thankyou again.
Would be really interested but cannot read from a screen! Will look out for it though. Thank you
yes I' d like to read it. today I got epiphanias from hewson and I like paperbooks more than ebooks but nevertheless you can mail it to me@evering.net I tried to be an author wrote two books greetings from mike

Sorry I never got back to you. I don't check this site too often. I would love to read your book. I read the preview on your website and it sounds very interesting. My "regular" email is Skendrick@rochester.rr.com

Hi,

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier -- I've been terribly busy. But now I've got more time, and yes, I would like to read and review your novel. From the blurb on your website it looks like an interesting read, similar to some of Poppy Z Brite's work.

You needn't send me a hard copy: just email a pdf to bizarre dot petroglyph at-sign gmail dot com.

Ta,
S.
Thank you for asking me to read your book. If you would like to send it to me electronically, that will be great, otherwise I can get it at the library. I have about 56 books lined up to read right now, but I will get to it eventually.

thanks again!

Terri Evans
Since I didn't want to read a book on-line, I ordered a hard copy of yours after reading the blurb on your site. It arrived a few days ago. I don't have time to read it right now but am looking forward to it and will review it as soon as possible.
I know it's been a while since you wrote this email, but I would love to read it. Is it available for kindle? If not, I could try a copy online. alcard0@yahoo.com

Hi Chris,
Just got to your email and am interested in reading your book. I loved the bluest eye and think anything similar would be worth a read. Let me know if you will email the book or if you could send a hardcopy. Thanks for your invitation to read and review the book. Love Louisiana, lived in Slidell for 6 weeks as a college student :)

Chris,

Thank you for asking, but I have never been able to read books on a computer screen and do not own a kindle. (Same thing, right?) However, if in the future you are able to distribute any physical copies you may contact me. Good luck and all the best.

Marie
Chris~
I followed your link and read a sample chapter of your book. Sure, I would not mind at all reading it and letting everyone know what I think of it. My email is provided on my profile page. If possible could you also provide an ISBN number of the hard copy so that I may add it to my library and provide a review there as well as other places.
Hey Chris--would gladly take a look at your novel, send the e-book to me at this address: gentlyreadlit@ymail.com

When I get it, I'll also list it as available for review on Gently Read Literature, the Internet journal I edit.
Hi Chris, I just need to think this through. Whilst I'd love to read your book and provide a review, also need to balance my other reading. Shall confirm next week.

BTW - great approach. All the best.
I would love to read your new book. I have a kindle, or you can mail me a copy: 57 Galloping Hill rd; Hopkinton, NH 03229. I'd be happy to post a review. Love the topic!!!
Hi Chris,
I would love to read/review any work you would like to send. I give feedback to a friend of mine who writes short stories and enjoy the process immensely although I am not a writer myself.
Netoll
Hi Chris,

Thanks for offering your book for review. I'd love to help out however I can. I read the summary and glanced at the library you have cataloged here. Your book looks intriguing. The blurb reminds me of Flannery O'Conner's Wise Blood (which I loved) more than The Virgin Suicides. In all honesty, I've never been a fan of the e-book format and would much prefer a physical copy, but I understand if you're low on supplies. I've just never been able to enjoy a novel viewed on a computer screen as much as an actual copy I can take wherever I wish. If you'd still like me to look at it, I'll send you my email in a private comment. Let me know...

Thanks,
-Laura
Yes i'd love to read your book, always looking for more to read. My email is karly_brwn@yahoo.com . And I'll write a review if i can. It may not be as in depth as other reviews considering i'm still in high school, but i'll try :]
I would love to read your book. It sounds like something I would really like. My email is illbethesky@yahoo.com
my wife is a writer and her first book was nonfiction and easily published but her subsequent books are fiction and it has been a struggle to get those published.

Hi Chris, I am sorry i didnt answer sooner but I only just saw your comments. I would be happy to review your book. I particularly like literary Southern fiction. I can read it in ebook-form if it is compatible with my Kindle or even my iTouch. I just don't want to read it on my desktop. I hope your book is doing well. best, David
I apologize for not getting back with you sooner about Dirty Little Angels. I thought it was great! I will have a review up tomorrow. Thank you for the opportunity to read the book.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm not an e-book reader right now. Still too addicted to the physical comfort I get from turning pages.

Best of luck.
Sounds great! Thanks for sending me the info.

Alexis
Hi Chris,

Thank you for the offer, unfortunately, I haven't been reading much lately as I just do not have any free time. best of luck to you with your novel, sounds interesting.

Danielle
Hi Chris.

I'd be more than happy to read and review your novel. I'm fine with an e-book copy, and glad you picked me as a possible reader :) It sounds like a really interesting read and just what I'm in the mood for!

Hi Chris

I would be interested in reading your book if you'd still like me to review it. It sounds really interesting and I shouldn't have a problem reading it on my computer. My email address is craftypugs@yahoo.com

Thanks so much

Rose
Hi,

I am fairly new to Library Thing (so I am not sure how all of this works), but I would be willing to read your book. I have a pretty busy schedule at the moment and I may not be able to get to it right away. If you're okay with that then send me a copy. You said that you do not have a hard copy of the book available, but if one turns up I would prefer to read that instead of reading it online.

Thanks.
Hi Chris,
Haven't been on LT for a while so I only just saw your message.
I'll give the e book a try but I'm really more of a hard copy reader, I get bored with the computer screen.
It's only 170 pages though and looks like a good read. I'll do my best for you.
I'm an Amazon.co.uk reviewer (rank 270ish) but also have an Amazon.com account.
I won't post if it's less than 4 stars, OK!!
My e mail address is maryannepardoe@yahoo.co.uk
Please erase this msg once you've used the e mail address, thanks.
Hi Chris,

Would love to read the book, but, as many have said before me, I would need a hard copy. I'm a bit old school...there is no romance in electronic copies. Too much like work.
Thanks, but I didn't realize your book was an ebook, I was only looking for hard copy.
Thanks for the offer, but I can'tdo ebooks. Willkeep this title on myfuture reading list. Jennifer
Hi! I'm so sorry that it has taken me so long to reply, I would be happy to review your book for you, but I have a problem with reading a lot on screen, it makes me dizzy, it looks like you have a few other takers though.
It does look very good, good luck with it, I hope it is a success.

I'd happily read your book if you could get me a paper copy!
Hi Chris,
I would like to read your book, the summary looks intriguing. However, I dislike reading online. Sorry, wish I could help.
Kris
Chris: Your book sounds great! However, I can't read ebook formats. Since you are out of physical copies of your book, I guess I will have to wait to read it after its publication. Thanks for the offer, though. I will add your book to my wish list. :)

Best,
Missy
Thank you for the offer but at this point I'm trying to reduce my huge TBR pile and books I got from the Early Reviewers. Good luck with your book.
Chris,

Apologies for very late response. I rarely use this site as I'm too lazy to list all my books and gave up after 60!

I loved the Butcher Boy (and I like everything else Patrick McCabe has written too I saw him in conversation at a theatre in Sligo, Ireland in 2005 and I laughed till I cried.

I'd love to read your book and write a review (I'm a wannabe author too) can you email it to me? When would you like the review? My enmail address is veronica.cooke@live.co.uk

Best wishes and the very best of luck with your book
Veronica
Dear Chris,

I would love to read your book. My workload is rather heavy at the moment, so I'm not sure I can deliver in the near future. I'm only into LiberayThing, so if you decide to send me your book (pdf would be fine)I may be in for a good read and you get only one belated review.

Regards,
Stitswerd
sure, of course!
Dear Chris,

Thank you for getting in touch with me, I would be very interested in reading your book, my email address is dotscribbles@googlemail.com

Many Thanks
Sure, send the book and I'll read it. Do you have the sites you'd like me to post at? my email is cerundle@yahoo.com
I would be happy to read your novel. If the offer is still open, please email to chongjwk@live.com.
Hi, your book looks interesting! I would like to read it, my email is jayde1599@yahoo . com
I do prefer hardcopies, so if you are able, can you send me one?
Thanks
**If possible though, I would much rather have a physical copy to read. I think it would take much longer to read at the computer, and I wouldn't want to give up on it. Let me know either way, whenever you get the chance. Thanks!
Chris,
Absolutely I would, if I'm not too late? I went idle for a while on my account so I am just seeing your message. If you'd still like to send it, my email is cnmccoll_8485@Yahoo.com.
My e-mail is xxangels-kissxx@hotmail.com. i look forward to receiving your book. I have a lot of reading to get through at the moment but if your not in any rush i'll get to it as soon as i can

Thanks

Polly
Chris,

I've just read several other LT reviews of your book and it definitely sounds like something I would enjoy reading. However, at this time, I don't think I could do an e-book justice. In the last year or so I've developed some eye problems that make sustained computer reading really difficult (an "unusually large floater" (serious emphasis on the word unusually from the opthamologist) and the beginning of a cataract -- both in my right eye!).

The result of this is too weird to even explain and I'm not sure that I could get through an entire e-novel with either my neck or my sanity in tact -- especially my neck!

So sorry and I do seriously appreciate your offer. I'm putting it on my Amazon wish list so the next time I have a birthday or something, ya just never know...

Karen
Chris,

I checked out the review and it definitely looks like a book I'd be interested in; e-book is okay. Please e-mail it to and.yet@live.com when you get the chance!

Thanks,
Levi
Thank you so very much for the generous offer. I will take a rain check on the ebook. If you have a hard copy I would love to read it.
Thanks again and God Bless
Elizabeth
Thank you for the offer. I will see if I can scan it at the book store, or the library. Right now I am behind on reviewing the books so graciously provided free from LT.

Your book looks most interesting from the first chapter. Also, your publicity program here looks impressive. I have not visited all of the LT authors.
Hi Chris,
looking foward to reading the book.
You can send it to thevancouvercanucks@gmail.com

Thanks,

Thanks for the offer of the book to review. I don't read e-books, but if you want to keep me in mind for a physical copy, that's fine. Feel free to message me again when you have physical books available.
Dear Chris,

Thank you very much for your generous offer. My co-worker Sue wrote the review of Butcher Boy and she has ordered your book for our Library collection.

Hi Chris

I would love to read the book, but would prefer not to read it electronically. I don't want to sit in front of the computer to read a book! It sounds intriguing!!!!!!!

Louise
I'd love to review it! Thanks so much for thinking of me. Go ahead and email it out to me. nixsidhe @ gmail dot com
Hi Chris - sure I would be interested in reading your book and posting a review here at LT. Just a request can you email me the novel as a HTML file or Word document. I have a Sony E-Book reader and can then format to read on my reader. Unfortunately, pdf files do not format well for the reader. If you already have in lrf (Sony reader format) even better. E-mail: atlantic50@gmail.com.

Thanks.
Chris I took a look at your website and the book sounds interest. You can email a copy to me at elaine.indy@gmail.com

Thanks for the read! MY email address is debycoley@hotmail.com
I have never "read" an e book; please leave with very simple directions-I know enough about it to really cause some problems on the internet LOL
Deby
Hi. I look forward to reading your book. My email is: bohemes@optonline.net

Thanks
Hi Chris,

Thanks for getting back to me. I did not realize that this was an E-Book. I really don't read e-books because I read "on the go" and the e-book format is not convenient for that. Do you have physical copies of the book? I really would like to read it. I guess I need to pay closer attention when requesting books going forward. Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks, but I read She's Come Undone many years ago, and my reading tastes have changed since then. I'm not sure that I would be the best reader for your book. But from the messages below, it looks like you have a lot of interested reviewers. Hope your book is successful.
Hi, thanks for the opportunity! My email is DefeatEd2k4@gmail.com
Thank you for the opportunity to read and review your new book (Dirty Little Angels). I am looking forward to read the e-book.
My email address is barras31063@yahoo.com
I would love to read it! My email address is erinwtx@gmail.com

Thanks!

Sorry, it took me so long to reply. Your book sounds interesting, but I honestly do not have the time right now to read and review it. I would not be able to do it any justice in my current schedule.
Thank you for the opportunity.
Hi Christopher,
I am grateful for the offer of reading your book, but I am afraid I am a little snowed under - having just had a baby girl - to be able to promise a timely review. Thanks for the offer, hope the book is well recieved.
SWK
Hi Chris,

Thanks for providing me the opportunity to read and review your book. You can email it to me at mslioness874@aol.com.

I'm looking forward to it.

Keesh
Oh dear...I am so sorry, Christopher, I don't read e-books. I should have paid better attention to the give-away. I apologize! Another lucky person will take my copy, I am certain.

Again, I apologize for not being more careful in my reading of the terms.

RMD
PS. I may not be able to tolerate the ebook format so I might have to wait and read the real book - I also have a kindle - will it be on Kindle? Thanks, Summer
Hi Chris - I just now saw your comment - I would like to read your novel - please email it to me as an ebook. summerlull@charter.net
Thanks!
I'm quite intrigued... I'm going to put it on my amazon wishlist. I just have a thing about books...I like holding a physical copy, and one that I can always keep. ;)

Hi,

Thanks for the offer but I'm not really an e-book reader - I didn't realize it would be in e-book format, I apologize for the confusion!
Hello,

My email adress is audioslave_chick05@yahoo.com. I will be looking foward to reading your book.
Hello there, I would love to read and review your book. Please send me an e-book at my hotmail address, which has m_panhuijsen before the @ sign.
Hi Chris, my Librarything review is posted and you should be able to
find it. I am just going to copy it for Amazon.

Barb Howell
Yes, the book looks very interesting. Send it my way. Plus, I have a few friends as well that would give it a read & review if that is cool.

My email is kozmikgrrrl@msn.com.
My e-mail address is
dianelivingston2002@yahoo.com
Thank you very much.
Hi Chris, I read your novel and my review is posted. I will post it on Amazon.ca right away.
Congratulations on a great book. I really enjoyed it. You are obviously a good story teller. The pacing of the story is perfect and holds the readers interest right to the end. I think that is why almost everyone who reviewed the book liked it. Who can resist a good story regardless of time or place? I am a little curious as to how you achieved that. Did it flow naturally or did you carefully polish and edit until every sentence was just right and the action was paced perfectly?
I have a vision of the first draft being quite a bit longer and then fine tuned.
I think you have a great career ahead of you.

Barb Howell
Thank you Chris, I would love to read your book. I'll be checking into it ASAP.
it's ryandonovanlibrarian@gmail.com - sorry for the late response!
djupstrom@yahoo.com
Thank you Chris for introducing yourself....from what I have read, your novel looks like it would totally fascinate me. I will pick up a hardcopy; but thanks for the offer of sending it via an ebook....I would rather not read it online. Looks like you already have a lot of wonderful testimony for your novel!

~Sincerely,
Robert
Hi

I did manage to get to your site finally, just not by your hot link. Anyway, I am printing your book out as I write, and I look forward to reading and writing about it.

Souci
You sent me an ebook as a pdf but not a hard copy. But I had to add it to my library to post a review. good work! looking forward to your next book and hope i can get a hard copy next time, lol!
Chris,

Thank you for asking me. I would love to read your book. The synopsis sounds very intriguing. I may have a problem accessing it, if this is the case I apologize that I will not be able to provide the reviews. Can't hurt to try though!

My email is fcole@havertys.com

Thanks again,

Frances
Chris,

Thanks, I would love to read your book. Do you have it in an ARC? I prefer to read an actual book versus online. Sounds like one I'd like. Sorry, I don't check posts on here very often. Let me know if the offer still stands.

Thanks,

Margot
Hi Chris, thnaks for the offer but i'm not a big fan of ebooks. I read the first few pages on Amazon and i was impressed by its tone and have placed an order. Not sure when i'll get around to reading it but i'll let you know when i do.

Best of luck with it,
Steve

Hey Chris,

Thanks for the note about your book. This is actually the second time you've dropped me a line about the book but I didn't respond the first time. I enjoy reading new books and would be interested in yours. But I am just not an e-book reader. I don't ever request such ER or ARC books because I don't enjoy reading from that type of a platform. I can understand the reluctance to send out a bunch of your copies, especially if you have a limited number for these purposes. If you want to send me a hard copy version, I'd happily read and review it. If not, no hard feelings. Good luck!
I replied to you using your web site.
Hi Chris
I would be interested to read your book. I was never able to connect to your site, even though I tried numerous times and days between when you sent the offer and today. In any case, your thumbnail makes it sound cool enough to try. My email address is souci@rogers.com.
Thanks.
Souci
Hey - I haven't been on LT for a while, but would love to read your book - the darker and more disturbing, the better! My email is victoria.landaverde@gmail.com - thanks!
Chris, here is my email.

gerbmom@aol.com

thanks! :)
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your message - my email is crispychez@hotmail.com

Thanks again
Cheryl
Hi Chris

Thanks for your message. The original offer did not indicate that the book would be in e format and the note sent from LT says that I will receive your book in the mail. I apologise, but I will be unable to read your book in this format due to a disability. I never request e format books on Early Reviewers or Members Giveaway for this reason. Would it be possible to send me your book via the mail and I will be more than happy to read it and review it for you? If that's OK, let me know and I will let you have my mailing address. Thanks....... Teresa
Good morning, Chris,

I read the summation on your site and am definitely interested in reading it. My email is mrgregoc@gmail.com

I sent you and email with my address. Hope it is not too late to read your book.
Hi Chris,

I look forward to reading and reviewing your book. Please send the ebook to cb_me@yahoo.com.

Thanks!
Carolyn
Hi, Chris,
I would love to read your book and review it on my blog but I don't do ebooks. Sorry. I spend too much time on the computer as it is that when I read, I want the real thing in my hand AND it saves the eyestrain! The other thing is I am over committed to publishers and individual authors for reviews until the end of May so I wouldn't want to say yes and then have you wait. Maybe sometime when you have a copy of one of your books, and I have more time, we could work it out. Thanks for asking!
Hi Chris,

My name is Sam Oliver. I look forward to reading your book.

i would love to read it though i dont have an e-reader. :-(
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the offer but I don't have an e-book reader and am a true paper version addict. Also there are about a hundred other books already bought waiting to be read by me.
Good luck in contacting other LibraryThing members.
Bye,
BiebGEIN
Thank you

Thanks for contacting me. The book looks great--I'd be interested in reading/reviewing it, but I do have to warn you that I don't know how quickly I'll be able to get to it. If you don't have any sort of timeframe in which it needs to be reviewed, please feel free to sent it to me at jgprall@gmail.com.

Thanks,
Jen
I'd be happy to read your book. I might even share it with my students, and we'll do a review of it together. Thank you, and I'll look forward to the email. Lynn
Hi Christopher! I am interested in your book, but I'm really busy these days, and I'm not sure I would be able to get to it right away. If you want to, go ahead and send me the e format, and I can try to read it when I can! But, I just didn't want to promise that I'd be able to review it soon. I may not be able t do that. So, it's up to you! Thanks for the offer!

Julie
Absolutely...would be honored to read and review your work

Your book piqued my interest, but I won't be able to read it until mid-June as I'm currently trying to complete my master's degree. If the time frame is not a problem feel free to email me a copy: denisea.anderson@yahoo.com

Cheers,
Denise
Hi! yes I'll give an e-book a try: send it to nurseyjane@gmail.com
Thanks Chris, I'd love to read it. You can send it to dragon_misstres@yahoo.com
I too do not want to review an e-book but I thank you for the offer.
I would love to read it, but thought it would be in printed form - not an e-book reader.
Thank you
Thanks, I'd love to but I don't really read e-books too much. Your book sounds really interesting though, so I'll be sure to buy a copy.

~MARA~
love to.
Thanks...would be interested in checking it out, but with all of the sun outside I don't think I could get to it quickly enough in e-book format.
Interested in reading it, yes, but I don't do e-books (spend all day on the computer reading already). Let me know if you want a hard copy reviewed.
I'd love to read it, Chris, but when it comes to e-books I'm a bit curmudgeonly. Gotta have the printed page. Please keep me in mind when you're back in hard copies—it sounds like an awesome read. ~Jolie
Chris,
I love New Orleans. I think your book sounds very interesting. I would love to review it, but I would prefer a hardcopy. Nice website.

I'd be happy to read and review it! It sounds like the kind of book I would like. My e-mail address is steegconsulting@comcast.net.
Hi Chris -

I'd love to read & review it - it looks like just the kind of book I like. Are you from New Orleans? I grew up there so I'd want to read it from that perspective as well. Please forward it on to me & I'll get right on it! My email is l.j.tims@hotmail.com

I put in a purchase request at my library, so I should get to read it eventually.

I'm sorry it took so long to get back with you I was out of town. I would love to read a copy me email address is Jwso0308@gmail,com.

Thank you.

Oh it was an e-book?, yeah that's great. My email address is kcpavlik@gmail.com. Thanks!

I clicked on the link and read your chapter. Also took a look on amazon.com. It looks interesting, but I'm going to have to turn down your offer. I don't think I can read a whole book on a computer screen. I may purchase it later from amazon.com, though. Thanks.
Oh, I didn't know that! Sure, send me the ebook. My email is jac8604@hotmail.com

Jacqueline
Let me know if you get some print copies. I doubt I'd read an e-book since I don't like books on the computer.

Pam
Hi Chris,

Thanks so much for the offer. I checked your link and I think the book sounds fascinating. I'd love to read it. You can email the book to me at picnicgal@yahoo.com (this is where I store all my e-books). I look forward to it.

Debbie
Chris,

Thank you for the offer, but I generally only read YA and fantasy & don't think I'd be the right reviewer for your book. Best of luck, though!

~Kathleen
Chris,

I'm actually expecting this book in the mail through the Member Giveaway, so I'll be posting a review on it anyway. No need to send me the ebook. Thanks for the offer though.

Jacqueline
Chris,

Since it is 147 pages, I think I can handle it. I don't have a Kindle, etc., because I am one of those Luddites who prefers to have book in hand. However, your book sounds like my kind of book; the title alone would have me picking it up in a bookstore. I noticed it in the member book giveaway, but passed because it was an e-book. My mistake.

My e-mail address is: cyeates@nycap.rr.com

Thank you.

Irene
Chris,

I'd like to read your book. My e-mail is tlanders@txstate.edu. Thanks for the offer.

Chris,
I'd love to review your book. I read the description and it sounds great. It'll be my first attempt at reading a book on the computer (I don't have a kindle), but I'd like to give it a try. Please email to jennifer_warnke@hotmail.com.
Thanks,
Jennifer
That would be great. I'd love to review your book and I would be happy to post my review at several sites if you would like. Thank you
Hi Chris,

I'd like to read your book, but I can't handle reading a whole book on a computer screen (and I don't own a kindle) so I'm going to have to pass.

Thank you
Sounds interesting.

Also, since you're from the area,I was wondering what you thought of this thing I heard about the other day...

Yes, I would like to read your book. e-mail nlfaye12@gmail.com
I'd definitely be interested in an e-book copy, although I usually enjoy physical copies. Please feel free to email me your work, and point me where you'd like the reviews to be placed! I will also place a review on my blog!
Your book sounds interesting. I would like to read it, although I have a difficult time reading at length online. Also, I am in the midst of final projects before graduation- and a new job! I probably won't be able to get to your book for a couple months, but I would like to read it.
Thank you!
--Megan
I'd be very interested in reading your book, but prefer to read from an actual book, not online. I loved "the heart is a lonely hunter" even though I read it years ago - it still haunts me.
Susan Koller
Hey Chris,

I´d be interested in reading the book, though I´m currently in Ecuador and trying to immerse myself in Spanish language books. However, I´d hate to forget all that beautiful English I learned in school. I can´t promise any hastiness, but I´m really interested nonetheless.

My email is readtheworld@gmail.com.

Thanks and good luck,

Cameron
Chris,
Sure, I can give it a try. It might take me a little longer - end of the semester and ebooks are harder for me to read.

Sure, looks really interesting. I hope my eyes can take an e-book. lol!

Hi Chris

Really looking forward to reading your book... I have sent my email address to you.

For those of you who don't want to read an e-book on your computer screen, go and buy and Iliad or something so you can read it while carrying it around!

Cheers
Steve
Chris,

I would love to read it. Is it possible to print an e-book? I need to have an actual text; i can't read anything on the computer, it's hard for me to focus.

Maggie
Hi:

Thank you for contacting me. I would be delighted to read your book, but only as an actual text. I don't do e-books.

Thank you, Elizabeth
Chris,

Sorry not to get back with you sooner. I would really enjoy reading your work!

Also - I'm a little surprised about the response you've had from some people. Okay, yes, I more often than not (okay, almost always) read my books in print, but as a librarian I'm a little dismayed by some of the responses...as though an e-book isn't an "actual book."

Anywho...you can contact me @ merlayton@gmail.com or through the Thing.

- meredith :o)
Sorry,

I didn't realize that you were giving away e-books. I'm not even remotely interested in spending hours reading a book on my computer. Frankly, I'm stunned that you are even allowed to give out e-books. LibraryThing is about actual books - ones that you hold in your hand.

Mike
Chris - I will look into it.

Tim
Hi Chris,
I'd absolutely love to read the book and will comment on it. My only hitch is that I won't be able to get to it until the second week of May. I'm a student and have finals coming up!

Cetta
Hi there!

Though I prefer a hard copy...I would still love to read your book, ebook or not :)
My email is kelso@westman.wave.ca

Be well,

Diana.
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch. You can mail me at JimmyKavanagh123@gmail.com Thanks again and best wishes.Jimmy.
Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch. You can mail me at JimmyKavanagh123@gmail.com Thanks again and best wishes.Jimmy.
Thanks anyway, Chris, but I don't "do" e-books.
I'm sorry, but I didn't realize that the book was an e-book. I was only looking for hard copy. I should have read the description more carefully.
Chris, I'm interested in your book, but when I signed up on the Member's Giveaway List, I didn't realize you were talking about e-books. It drives me crazy reading anything lengthy on the computer, so I'll have to wait and come across it at some point in paper. Sorry for the confusion, but I'll just keep an eye out for it in bookstores.
I would be honoured to read your work. I just hope it won't be a problem that right now, my master's thesis kind of has priority now. I can get it to you ASAP, but no promises. Here is my email address:

kristincedar@yahoo.com
Hi, Chris. Thanks for your generous offer. Sending me 'angels' won't be necessary because I visited the link you included in your message and decided to buy the book (paper, not electronic) on Amazon. When I finish it, I'll post my review on LibraryThing and (most likely) swap the book on another book site (BookMooch) so one of my fellow bibliophile mooching friends can get a crack at reading it. (NOTE to Moochers: I have a couple other books ahead of Chris' so don't go looking for it yet :0) I do appreciate your invitation and I love my computer -- most days -- but I still prefer to consume my literature in traditional paper format in outdoor settings whenever time and weather permit. I'm trying to embrace the e-book trend for eco purposes, but I'm not quite there so recycling my titles will have to do for now. I look forward to reading your work and wish you the best of luck on your book -- if your writing is half as good as that in 'lonely hunter' you have much to be proud of.

Peace, Love, Books!
Your humble reader,
Lisa
Hi Chris.......my email address is:

I use Adobe Reader for eBooks.

Thank you!
I would be happy to read and review your book, if you don't have an immediate timeline. Send to me at jetlost@lamar.colostate.edu if you still would like to do this.

Thank you and good luck with your book.

I don't read e-books. Sorry.
Thanks for your generous offer, but I've come to realize I hate reviewing books - I've even stopped requesting them thru librarything's early reviewers site. Good luck with the book, and thanks again, Jane
It sounds like an interesting book. I will add it to my "wish list" as I see it's available through abe books.
I don't read e-books. Sorry.
I would be happy to review your book. E-mail format is great. My e-mail is mfmoss1@gmail.com. Thanks for thinking of me.
Hi Chris - Thanks for letting me know about your novel. I'm going to check it out for sure. Take care. Thanks, Lisa
I would definitely be interested in reading and reviewing your novel. I prefer a print copy, but will read and review an e-book format if that is what you prefer. You can email me at mshores@carolina.rr.com. Thanks, Lisa.
Chris- I would love to read "Dirty Little Angels". Feel free to e-mail me: janscronce@yahoo.com
I would be interested in reviewing your book. However, I created a new account (because I had forgotten about this one). Please contact me via that account. My name is bobbieb. Thanks!
Hi there,

I'd be happy to read/review it. But not in e-book format. I'm an old-fashioned, have-to-hold-the-book kind of girl.

Contact me if you want to send it along.

Karen
Sorry to have taken so long to respond; have been a bit sidetracked. However, I would indeed like to read your book. I seem to be reading more and more of what I think of as southern regional fiction, and the more I read, the more curious I am about the "next" approach.
anna baker
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you... You can go to my website, stevensandor.com, and submit the manuscript through there.

Thanks,
Steve
Awesome. My email is sdivyank@gmail.com
Thank you.
Chris,
I'm sorry it took awhile for me to reply to your comment. From what I've read of your sample chapter, your book seems very interesting. I'd love to read more and review it for you. Feel free to send it to Morteamore@infected.org.uk

Chris,
I too would love to read and review your novel. I have many family roots
in Louisiana and would find a novel set in New Orleans great!
I would need you to mail me a copy(advance copy is fine too) I do not
read books on the computer. I like to hold it in my hands!
Louise Russell
That sounds nothing like The Heart is a Lonely Hunter (other than having a southern setting), but it does sound extremely interesting. True religious crazies seem to be very under-explored subject in literature. I'm intrigued. Send it on! philosofia@gmail.com
Thanks, I'd love to. Marte (marte@teknofil.no)
Yes, I would very much like to read it. I'm not very comfortable reading on computer screen, but I'll give it a shot.

John B. (john_baskerville@hotmail.com)
Chris,

Thanks for the offer - I'd be honoured to read your work.

Oliver (olippold@hotmail.com)
Sorry for the tardy reply, but I'm new to computers. Yes, I'd like to read your book, but my computer is ancient. If you want to send it (regular mail?), let me know. Happy to help if I can.
Be happy too, just sent you an email
Likewise, your first chapter was interesting and wouldn't mind checking out the rest: staticnothing@hotmail.com
Synopsis sounds great. I'll give it a shot. drewxblood@gmail.com
i'm definitely interested in reading your book....kel227@hotmail.com
yes, i'd love to. any format is fine, thank you.
Drop it to me and I'll put it in my list of things to read. I edit and write myself, so I'll tell you up front that you'll get an honest opinion out of me.

If the synopsis is accurate, I'd love to give it a go.

I'm interested in reading your book, thanks for the offer. My email is ohbrazil@gmail.com
Thank you for your offer.
It depends on how fast you need the rewiev. Because of eye-trouble I read a little slow nowadays and not on the PC. If you send me a digital version I must have your permission to print it out, so I can sit in my sofa to read.

So yes, thank you.

my e-mail adress is; IaaS@folloark.no
but I do not know if it takes large files.
Thanks Chris!

Just sent you my address via email.

Looking forward to some Dirty Little Angels!
Hi Chris,

Thanks for the review offer, but my life is going to me too crazy for the next couple of months for me to be able to commit to reviewing anything in a timely manner. I really did love Tideland, though, so I'll keep your book in mind.
Hi Chris,

I don't own either of those unfortunately. Any other options?
I'm genuinely intrigued. I have a backlog of things to read that is becoming frighteningly huge, but I will save your link. Thanks.
Can you send me a copy in traditional book format? If you do, I'd be happy to review it for you. I"m sort of old school about my book formats...I'm not a fan of reading them online.
Chris,

I would be interested if you could send it to me at wsb7@cornell.edu.

Thanks, Bill
Hi,

thanks for contacting me. It's sounds very interesting and i'd like to read it.

Thanks
Stephanie
Hi Chris,

Your book definitely sounds up my alley. I've reviewed the debut collection from Hannah Holborn and the debut novel form Ara 13 here in LT, and I do like the topic you've written on. However, since I'm old school and not too familiar with this ebook idea, can you enlighten me? If it means sitting in front of a computer monitor in order to read your book, I'm afraid I'd have to pass. But if a version that I could hold in my hands and take w/me is available, I'd be happy to read and review.

All the best,
Brent
Yeah Chris, e-mail it along to me. I'd love to check it out. benzo.m.harris REMOVE at THECAPS googlemail dot com.
My to read list is a little long at the moment, so I'm going to have to pass. Thank you for the kind offer though.
I would love to read your novel! The first chapter on your web site is intriguing.

Donna
Sounds good. Will give it a read certainly.

Sarah
Thank you. I'd be happy to read it. MOBI format, if you have it. Or I can convert EPUB files to MOBI.

Wendy
sure i'll give it a go, why not. if you can provide in epub for sony reader that would be great
thanks
john
Thanks for the offer, but I'm rather behind right now, as proved by the month lag in responding to you. Sorry.
I would rather not read in the e-book format, but would welcome an early review print version. I appreciate the offer.
Hello,
Thank you very much for your kind offer, which I regret I need to decline for now. I will definitely remember you and keep your book in mind in the future. Good luck!
Hi there,

thanks, most of my reviews are probably a little different from what you're after. It was also my partner who read the book, not me. :) Thanks anyway, and good luck with the book.
Sarah

http://sharrow.wordpress.com
Hey. Thanks for the offer. I think I'll decline, I want to pick my own books (and haven't got an e-reader If I need that) for reviewing, makes it easier. I might buy it later, and write about in my blogs ;-)

I didn't know many people from Brother Martin. I graduated from Country Day in '87, but I think my sister graduated (Country Day) in '90, and she was a lot more social than I was. Her name's Caroline Cotten Perschall; she married Adam Perschall a few years ago and they live uptown.
I've never even read The Butcher Boy.
dunnmark99@yahoo.com
i hate ebooks too, but if you have a hard copy or advance copy i would read that.
I'd be glad to give it a go, but I warn you that if I don't like it I'll tell you so. And I might give you editing advice. If that's okay, then sure!
And, oddly... I grew up in New Orleans. Birth to 17 years in Old Metairie. Fled in 1987 to go to college, and found the "Left Coast" more amenable. When/where did you go to high school?
Would love to review your novel, but can't at the moment. Will definitely add it to my list for the future read. Thanks for the offer and good luck!
Hi Chris,

Your offer is very kind. I took a peek at the sample chapter offered on your website and I'd love to read and review your novel. Unfortunately, my eyes cannot handle reading from a screen for long so I would prefer a paper copy. If that is not possible I understand. Please let me know. :-)

Thanks,
Alana
No thanks, Alastair
Hello!

I would love to review your novel! You caught me just as I developed some free time. :)

Victoria
Hi Chris. It would be a pleasure to review your work.As you may already know Pat Mc Cabe who wrote the Butcher Boy comes from here Clones Co.Monaghan .
Sure. How can I get a copy?
Hi Chris
eBooks not for me, though if you get to release an ARC I'd be interested in it alright
Cheers
Donogh
I would love to read your book, I am just a bit overwhelmed at the moment
Cheers
Gaby
I would be very interested in reading your book...I just read the sample chapter on your homepage...not sure about an ebook though....
Hi Mr. Tusa,

Thanks for your message. I am reluctant to commit to reading your book, even though it does sound intriguing. I am terribly bad at finishing books on a punctual schedule. Plus, I have this stack next to my bed that I am trying to get through in the next month or so before I start any more. If you send me the link though I will attempt to start it as soon as I can.

I was interested to find that you are from New Orleans. I grew up in Mobile, AL the first 13 years of my life and occasionally revisit every few years or so. I consider the south almost like a different country. This impression is strengthened every time I go back and visit. It must be an adventure being a writer in New Orleans. Anyway, good luck with the book.
Hi Chris, I would be interested, but I don't have any free time right now. I'm working and in grad school (online), so I'm a little bit frazzled and don't want to spend any more time in front of the computer than I have to.

I will certainly add it to my list of "things to read this summer."

Good luck!

Kathie
Hi Chris, thank you for the wonderful offer to read your book. However - e-books are not for me... I am on the computer all day long as it is and I just couldn't make myself sit through one more minute than I already have to. I will definitely order a copy though - the description looks really interesting!

Thanks so much!

Erin
By the way- I saw you've been published in Prairie Schooner, which makes me happy, as I did an internship there during my undergrad. They are great people.
Hi Chris,

I'd be happy to give your novel a try- the only thing is that I don't have an e-reader. I'm not sure if staring at the computer for so long will bother me or not, so go ahead and send it my way!

Amy
Chris,
Happy to give it a read. Please email me the file at- michael.bookworm@googlemail.com.

Regards
Mike
Sorry, Chris, I'm not a big fan of reading ebooks - I don't have a reader, and being stuck in front of the computer for the length of time it takes to get 'into' a book is too restrictive. I'll be sure to look for a paper copy when I get to the bottom of my 'to be read' pile, since your novel looks really interesting.
Thanks for the offer, and good luck!
Trish
Hi Chris. Thanks for the offer. I don't read ebooks, but if you want to mail a hard copy, let me know. Good luck!
Sure, go ahead.
Hi Chris, thanks for your comment - I'd be happy to read and review your novel (I've just acquired a Sony Ereader so an Ebook format would be perfect) - noel@casbahconsulting.co.uk
I'd love to read it ... e-mailed e-book would be great: shoshtrvls@gmail.com
thanks for the offer Chris. Good luck with your book, and hopefully I will be able to review the Dutch translation one day
Thanks for the offer. I don't think I have the time right now to do it justice, so I'll pass.
hi, that's for contacting me. and yes I would love to review your book =D
Hi Chris,

Thanks for making me aware of your book. I just finished it a few moments ago, and what a great read it was. I recall that you told me about it because of my long list of Larry Brown books on this service -- while I see why some might compare your work to his, I must also say that I found your voice very original and of course powerful. I think I am most struck by the way your characters face problems and violence so...matter of factly, perhaps fatalistically is a better way of putting it. That sort of minimalism made my skin crawl in a great way. I look forward to a long long long list of titles from you!

Jim

Hi Chris, thanks for the offer - but am overwhelmed by unread books and not much time. Maybe I'll regret it when it becomes a big seller? Best wishes, Anne
Hi Chris,
Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, I'd love to read and review your book. It sounds really interesting.
You can send the link or file to my email address gward101@googlemail.com
Look forward to hearing from you,
George
First, what an amazing idea to find potential reviewers on LibraryThing by searching for people who liked similar books. I am a little overcommitted on book reviews, but I would give it a look at the ebook if I have time. My email is idiotprogrammer@fastmailbox.net No guarantees.

epub/prc/zip/pdf are all fine. (I have a sony reader).

BTW, do you actually sell an ebook edition of the book?
Send me e-book, i have a busy reading schedule, but I will take a look. Thanks.
I'm always keen to read new books :-) Your novel sounds intriguing. You mentioned The Butcher Boy in your email, another good in that vain is Peter Hoeg's The Borderliners.
cheers
Gaby
Hello,

It would be fantastic your book sounds interesting. The only problem's that I can read e-books only at home on my computer. So if it's possible to send me a copy it would be great. If it's ok for you, write me and I send you my address.

Gábor
Thanks... my email is nullaj@yahoo.com

I'll give reading your book online a shot. Soon as I finish the one I'm reading now, We Disappear by Scott Heim.
Hi Chris,

That would be brilliant. You can email a copy to sang.dencre12@gmail.com.

Sure, I'd be happy to
Hi Chris,

Hi, I'd love to read and review the novel. You can email it to me if you like of katrinathomas_uk@yahoo.co.uk or you can post it to me as a book - I'm a bookcrosser so I'd pass it on to other readers via that site so it may gain a wider audience.

Sounds really exciting. Many thanks
Hi Chris
Your book does sound like something I would like and I would cheerfully read and post review - but I detest e-books and am holding out for real paper. I can still manage a book a day, but work takes all the on-line reading I can stand.
Your book sounds interesting, but for various reasons I can't really read e-books (can't read an iMac in bed...). Send me an actual book, and sure you got a review.

Mikko
Hi Chris,

I would definitely take a look at it. I've got a few reviews in line ahead of you, so I can't promise I'll get to it immediately, but I will definitely get to it. Thanks!

Lisa
Hi Chris,
If you send a hard copy I would love to read your book as soon as I finish a deadline...might be a little while but I promise.
I'm surprised you don't have my dark novella in your library...Pluto, Animal Lover...the narrator is from New Orleans!
Best wishes
Laren Stover
Hi Chris

As long as I can read the book on my iPod or something mobile, then I will most definitely read it and leave some reviews.

Thanks for your kind offer
Joanne
hi chris, i would love to review your book! molly
Hi Chris,
would love to -
Brendan
Hi Chris, I will put my Review on Amazon.ca, and on Library thing and any other place I can find. I should have the book soon as my Amazon order has already been shipped.
Best wishes.
Hi Chris,

I will certainly read your novel - but I'll have to order in a copy from the States methinks (our bandwidth in South Africa won't handle large dowmloads at present, but thank you for offering). I like to line my shelves with the books I've read, anyway, and it's great to be introduced to new authors, so thank you.

Best of luck with the sales.

Regards,
Celeste
I'd be happy to review - send it on over!
Hannah
I'd be happy to review your novel. However, like some others, I'd prefer a PDF format, if that's possible.

Ruta
Sure, I would be happy to look at your novel. Send it along.

Ted
Sure I'll look at it. SEnd along.

William
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the invitation to read your and review your book, which sounds very promising. I don't eview e-mailed copies, but look forward to the "real thing" when it's published. Congratulations on your accomplishment and best of luck with this one and future books.
Pat
Dude, I'll totally read your book. In fact if it's available for the Kindle, I'll totally buy your book! If it's not available for the Kindle please send me an electronic copy and I'll buy the book when it comes out. My favorite bookstore in the world is the Faulkner House Books in NOLA, btw. Good luck with the writing!
Hi Chris,

I'd normally love to review your book for you, but I am very shortly giving birth to my first child so I doubt I'll have time in the near future to give this the attention it deserves. If you're still looking for people to review it in a couple of months, ping me again and I should be able to make time for it. Good luck.

angie
Hi Chris,

The book sounds really interesting, but like the person below my eyes can't handle reading an ebook. If you're willing to spare a copy I have the time to start reading it right away.

E.
Chris--

I'd be happy to post it on Amazon as well. Actually this is a first for me on LT.

suzanne
Hi Chris--

Thanks for the invitation to review your book. I'll order it from Amazon as I prefer to read from the page instead of from the screen. I should receive it in a matter of days. Although I have some reading to do for upcoming book club discussions, I should be able to move it into my scheduled reading--no problem. I'm interested in your teenage girl! And yes, I did like Paris Trout.

Suzanne
Your book sounds interesting, however, working full time, running a part-time business, and going to grad school, I am barely able to keep up with my school assignments. Oh, woe is me! Maybe your next book? Keep me posted.
Hi Chris,
It looks like you have plenty of people willing to read and review for you now. If not, let me know, I am reading a friend's novel at the moment, but after that I would have time.

Lisa
Thank you for thinking of me but there's no way I could even get to it until end of April or early May. If you still need me then, let me know.

Susan
Hi Chris
Love to review your book.
I can easily read in pdf or MS Reader format. If it's some other format, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Please send to kevmalone@hotmail.com
I sent you an email through your site! I'd be very interested in reading/reviewing your book.
Hi Chris,

I'd be happy to read and review Dirty Little Angels. I share some other commenters' apprehensions about reading an entire e-book -- I still haven't taken the kindle plunge -- but DLA sounds like the very book to inspire a first attempt. I have never lived in New Orleans but my son and his family live there and I always enjoy my regular visits. (A propos of nothing, I have eaten a muffaletta at Napoleon House at least once a year every year since 1967.) I also buy books regularly at Faulkner House Books on Pirate's Alley -- if I like yours, I'll probably make a point to buy it there :-)

Please e-mail to jrigney@rigneyassoc.com

Good luck!
Let me know if there's a specific time in which you need this read and reviewed. You can email it to pshaw.raven@gmail.com. Thanks!
Hi Chris, I would love to read your book and it does sound like something I'd enjoy. However, you know the saying "too many books, not enough time." That's where I am right now. I'll look for it at a later date at Amazon and I wish you the best with it.
do you have a time frame in which you need it reviewed?
Hi Chris, I would be happy to read and review your book and thank you for your e-mail. I prefer book format and I have ordered it from Amazon.ca. It may take 2 to 3 weeks for them to ship it but I will read it right away. I will post my review here and also on Amazon.ca as there is no review there at all. If there are other places to post it just let me know.
I am presently reading The Kindly Ones by Jonathan Littell which I am enjoying but I will be ready for a shorter thriller and your book sounds perfect.
I will be in touch.
Hi Chris,

Dirty Little Angels looks very interesting. Send the ebook to my account at pghreader@yahoo.com

If you look more closely at my library you see that I read just about anything by, for and about New Orleans.

I'm in New York this weekend and in a book buying mood. I'll look for your book as I'd much prefer to read the analog version. I haven't invested in an e-book reader YET so I'll be forced to read it on my laptop. Yuck!

Who's your publisher? (I'm sure it's on your web site.) Hopefully they will be exhibiting and promoting your book for all the 1,000s of booksellers and librarians that attend.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dan
Hey Chris!

Thanks for asking me to read your book. I'd love to do that.
I don't know if I can write a good review because I'm not a native English speaker but I will do my best.
Also I only have Adobe like the person in the previous post so I can only read it if it is in PDF format.

Denise
Hi, Chris!

Thank you for asking me to read your book as well. Unfortunatly, I do not have an e-book reader--I'm a true bibliophile in that I love them in "real" book formats ^_~

However, I do have Adobe, so if your book is in PDF format, I can definitely read it and review it for you.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Brandi
Hi Chris--

Thanks for asking me to read your book. I don't think I am up for reading it as an e-book, but I will keep my eye out for it in print and help boost your sales! It looks very interesting. Best of luck.

Kim
Hi Chris, Your book looks great, however I don't have an e-book reader so can't take you up on the offer. Best of luck with it.
Cheers
Annabel
Hi Chris,

If the offer is still open I would love to read your new book and will be glad to review it for you. If at all possible please could I have it in a book format rather than e-book.

Many thanks and keep me posted.

Tess
xxx
Sure, I can post. I also have a blog, where I talk about the book a bit, too. However, it may be a bit. I'm behind schedule this semester!
Hi Chris,

Many thanks for your kind offer. However, I have many constraints on my time at the moment and am way behind in my own reading.

I wish you the very best with your book. I’m sure it’s very good.
Thanks for the offer, but I haven't got the time at the moment. Good luck with the book.
Allsun
Hi Chris

Your offer is very kind however the e-format is not for me and I only read print copies.

All the best with your book.

Jenny
Chris, I would be happy to review your book. It sounds interesting and I enjoy reading a book, knowing that I have to take my reading responsibly. However, I agree with Karen (below) and would need a print copy. If you would like to send a copy let me know and I will send you my mailing address.

All the best,

Joe
Hi Chris,

I would love to take a look at your book -- I found it on Amazon and will buy a copy. Thanks for the offer of the ebook, but I'm old fashioned that way -- I still prefer the good old fashioned paper between my fingers.

Karen
Hi Chris,

I would be happy to read your book. Send the book to my e-mail address at dekane@mail2web.com

Best regards,
Deborah
Hi

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think I could stand to read an e-book - however pleasing the content.

best of luck with the promotion
Hiya Chris,

I would be happy to read your book. I'm always looking for new and wonderful books to read, and I really enjoy helping out the authors I enjoy in anyway that I can. Send the book to my email - lesleydawn@gmail.com - and I will read it promptly. I'd be more than happy to leave a review here on Librarything, on Amazon, and anywhere else that you think would be beneficial. Just let me know.

Also, if I think it is really good (which it sounds like it will be) I'll tell everyone I know personally about it. I can't promise they'll buy it, but my friends all know I'm the person to ask if they need a good book to read.

Thanks again. I can't wait to read it.

Lesley
Thanks for the heads up! I think I noticed your title in the Powell's newsletter. I'll give it a read.
Hi Chris,
Thanks very much for your note.
"Dirty Little Angels" sounds intriguing. I would love to read it.
My one dilemma is that the next several months are bears for me. I'm a newspaper reporter & also own a small regional publishing company. Both arenas are especially hectic from March through July. I probably won't be tackling any new recreational reading until after that point (I haven't even had time to post reviews of stuff I recently finished, including "Choke," "Stolen Innocence," and "Still Alice."
If you're no particular rush, I would love to read the book.
Take care,
Brian
Thanks for the tip, Chris. I'll definitely give your book a spin!
See you at the Jubilee Writers Conference!
Chris--Actually that chapter reminds me a bit more of Tristan Egolf's Lord of the Barnyard. Anyway I'll look around--not promising I'll have it next week though but it does look interesting.

Cheers.
Book sounds great, thanks for the shameless self-promotion.
Caged Bird

A free bird leaps
on the back of the wind
and floats downstream
till the current ends
and dips his wing
in the orange sun rays
and dares to claim the sky.

But a bird that stalks
down his narrow cage
can seldom see through
his bars of rage
his wings are clipped and
his feet are tied
so he opens his throat to sing.

The caged bird sings
with a fearful trill
of things unknown
but longed for still
and his tune is heard
on the distant hill
for the caged bird
sings of freedom.

The free bird thinks of another breeze
and the trade winds soft through the sighing trees
and the fat worms waiting on a dawn-bright lawn
and he names the sky his own.

But a caged bird stands on the grave of dreams
his shadow shouts on a nightmare scream
his wings are clipped and his feet are tied
so he opens his throat to sing.

The caged bird sings
with a fearful trill
of things unknown
but longed for still
and his tune is heard
on the distant hill
for the caged bird
sings of freedom.

Maya Angelou
Chris,

Thanks for the heads-up about your book. I'm looking forward to it and will definitely give it a go.
Hi Chris,

Thanks so much for sending me word of your new book. I just read your site and the info on Amazon and pre-ordered. I am also going to request to friend you so that I know when you release new works. Again, thanks for contacting me! It's wonderful to hear directly from authors -- one of my favorite parts of this community.

Jim
sorry about that...aturner@visi.com, please.

Sounds good. It's wmallen1324@yahoo.com.

Andrew
Chris,

Sounds very interesting - New Orleans is such a great setting (my daughter was in grad school there the last four years) and the faith/skepticism dynamic outlined in the plot summary seems like fertile narrative ground to plow.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get to it right away. I don't know what your time frame is, but if you don't need a response before, say the first week in September, I'd love to read it.

Andrew
Hey Chris, I'd be honored! Thanks for asking.

Paul G
Hi Chris,

I am certainly willing to read your manuscript, the storyline sounds interesting. Only 'problem' is that I will be going on holiday next week and only return end of August. I don't know what time schedule you have in mind?
