Congratulations! How exciting! Good luck!
Hi BD4! It was great to meet you last month. How is the job search going?
Most likely, yes. There will at least be someone there, even if we're going back and forth. If at the moment of your arrival you find yourself alone, let yourself in and we'll arrive shortly. :D
Oh, huzzah for getting Coraline!

There is also only 1 more day of morning chores (Friday)! :D
That's what I thought too! It's not near so morbid-sounding after reading it. It's perfect.
You finished it! You rated it at 5, so I'm assuming you enjoyed it. So now do you have any special thoughts about the title? I still preferred Inkdawn until I had finished reading it. Then I decided I agreed with Inkdeath as the most fitting title after all.
They are back now for me too.
Why did all my covers, except for the blank ones, that I spent so much time getting right, disappear? Help!
When I click on connections, it says I have 51?
What is a connection as opposed to a friend? (On librarything, that is; I understand the concept in real life!)
Of course we do! We're just that awesome =]
Remember how like a week ago I thought I was forgetting to bring you something? I remember now: I wanted to bring Horton Hatches an Egg to you so you could read it and confirm that we are right and it's not a bad message to adopted children. ;) Well, I'll bring it next time!
lol, yes it was intentional! I didn't think anyone would but you would get it, and I wasn't even sure if you were reading the thread. Glad someone got it! Happy reading! :D
Hey,

Thanks for inviting me as your friend. You are my only real life friend (friend in-law really) and now my only pretend friend. Did I tell you that I won $75 worth of Amazon gift cards from PT? I was about to share half of them with Melissa (since I could never find $75 worth of books) until I realized that Amazon is basically eBay now and has EVERYTHING.

Also, you and I share two "Just Finished" books. I just finished Dark Sea of Darkness. I loved it. I couldn't put it down after about 1/3 of the way in. I also just finished Prince Caspian.

Cheers,

Jon
But of course! Since I know you have nothing to read until I get it to you, I'll hurry. ;) I'll be in town on Monday at the latest.
I finished Capt Hook this afternoon. Would you like it before I return it? Like I said before, it was great! Though I feel like there needs to be a sequel or two to bring us up to Hook as we know him.
Thanks for joining 20-Something LibraryThingers!
I GOT IT!!! I had to drop off a couple dresses this morning and I went and got Seeing Redd afterwards. Jon even let me because I had some money left on that B&N gift card. :D Mom and I are about to go on a 14-mile run though, so I can't start it yet. But it looks great on the shelf next to Looking Glass Wars and I love the cover!
I did! I broke down one day and just went and bought it. I haven't even read it all yet, but you can borrow it probably within the week or so!
I've started a group thats dedicated just to discussing HP and the Deathly Hallows. its called HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS ONLY. We could all post about the last book there so that is will be contained and we won;t have to worry as much aobut spoilers. Join when you finish the book.
Hogwarts through the Years! That's the one I was trying to think of! It sounds like it's a picture book, I'm not really sure. But at least there really was a book! I didn't make up that part! :)
Hey, there's these neat-o percent things next to names in posts now. I'm curious what we get as percents. Post something somewhere. I had a 91% with someone, so I'm wondering if we'd have higher. :)
Yes! I've started Desert Solitaire. But I'm not very far yet. Since I'd just finished Tuscan Sun, the descriptive writing was similar and I was looking for something more ... can't-put-it-down-what-happens-next. But it's moving up. I'll finish it within a couple weeks at the slowest. :)
If it comes as any consolation, I think that there will be plenty to continue arguing and speculating about, even after 'Deathly Hallows' comes out. So if you're not yet ready to quit the message boards, do not despair," she writes.

So I guess Rowling said this in a interview sometime recently. That's not quite what I wanted to hear!!
hey sara! it's mike. i'm trying to use the HTML feature to see what happens.. anyways, hope everything's going well, and have a good one!
I'm on top of your weighted list too! And I appear on the raw one.. like half-way. :)
